Description

The bed & breakfast La Casa dei Fiori was established in 2014 in our newly built and modernized house, aiming to offer maximum comfort to all its guests.

Inside the house, parking spaces are available.

The structure is earthquake-proof and equipped with numerous comforts, starting from the rooms, all with wooden floors and en-suite bathrooms, with individually controlled underfloor heating and cooling (NO split air conditioning).

All rooms are equipped with digital TVs. Check-in is available from 4/5 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

The rich breakfast is served in a dedicated room for the exclusive use of guests. No breakfast incurs a 7 euro per person charge. In triple rooms, the additional bed is only charged for a child under 12 years old. The price for an adult will be communicated in the quote.

The use of the pool (water depth 140 cm) requires a 7 euro per person supplement. Each individual is responsible for any accidents or damages.

The house is fully covered by WiFi for internet browsing.

During trade fairs and special events, room prices may vary, as is the case for all accommodation facilities in the area during this period. A deposit will also be required for room reservations. If it is not possible to stay due to issues with the structure, the deposit will be fully refunded. However, if the event or fair is canceled and you no longer wish to stay, the deposit will be retained.

Where We Are:
The B&B La Casa dei Fiori is located 8 minutes (9 km) from the A14 motorway exit Castel San Pietro (Bologna) and 26 km from Bologna's Guglielmo Marconi Airport.

The B&B is 50 meters away from the bus stop heading towards Bologna and on the opposite side of the road heading towards Ravenna.

No deposit is required for reservations, but failure to stay after making a reservation will incur a 30% payment of the total due.

Small room but clean. What we did not like was that, when we asked for breakfast (€ 7.50 extra per person), the owner told us it was not worth it and that, to use only the coffee machine, we were forced to buy the pods at the supermarket.

Very, very small room for three people. Bathroom without an anteroom, everything attached. Truly small, making you feel like refugees inside a room. Breakfast at a very high price, which the host himself does not recommend. Not even the possibility of a coffee unless bought by the guest. I would absolutely not recommend it.

New, clean and well-equipped structure, with even a swimming pool (almost impossible to find in the area). The real strength, however, are the two owners who are certainly not lacking in kindness and hospitality, fundamental characteristics for those who choose to do this job. Personally, I had a great time. The area is a bit off the tourist paths but it was 200 meters from where I had to go, so it was practically perfect for me.

Being located in a small village in the province, I wouldn't have expected so many comforts, including the pool and sun loungers. A quiet place just 26 km from Bologna and very close to the Terme di Castel San Pietro. Cozy and very clean rooms. Excellent reception and friendliness. Personalized breakfast according to taste, I would say you can't ask for more from a B&B. The price? Compared to what it offers, it is absolutely competitive.

The B&B is located one kilometer from Medicina and 30 kilometers from Bologna. The room was spacious and clean. The owners also live in the property and are very kind and helpful. At all times, we could make a coffee or use the refrigerator. The property is modern and very cute, the garden with a pool is very beautiful and well maintained. The price is convenient. We gladly return.
