I am an architect and I took care of the renovation of the apartment that I now manage, I like to receive my guests personally but if this is not possible I will open the door remotely thanks to an app. I care a lot about the environment which is why I have equipped the studio apartment with home automation systems and separate waste collection which I will personally take care of disposing of for you. I like animals, so you are allowed to bring them with you, I just ask you to be careful when handling them.

We are located in the heart of the city, 300 meters from the Duomo, within a 1km radius there are the San Giovanni Evangelista, the San Francesco del Prato, the Casa della Musica, a particularity in the square unless purchased is a play area inspired by Giuseppe Verdi not to be missed together with the photo with the statue of Verdi that you can find in Piazzale San Francesco, there is no rush you can always find him sitting on a bench waiting for you.
