Every room includes a private en-suite bathroom and a practical, dedicated kitchenette—an ideal solution for ensuring a high-quality, independent living experience, whether for short or extended stays.
The communal areas form the social heart of the residence, conceived as welcoming, modern spaces that flow seamlessly into one another. The large shared kitchen and dining area—named "Paddock"—features a fully equipped kitchen with a minimalist yet elegant style, defined by contemporary lines, premium materials, and a bright, airy atmosphere.
Completing the property is a spacious, usable terrace that serves as a natural extension of the living area: an exclusive space for relaxation and socializing, enhanced by comfortable outdoor sofas and designed for enjoying convivial moments outdoors in a charming, private setting.
