This small and friendly B&b in the historic heart of Rimini owes its name to the beautiful old linden tree that greets guests in the entrance of the structure.

Sonia, the hostess, will greet you with her smile and with a hearty breakfast of homemade cakes.

The B&b is located just steps from the historic center: the sea is easily reached by public transport or taking advantage of safe cycle path in the green.

The fairgrounds and the new convention center are within walking distance.

The B&b offers two rooms: they're both doubles with private bathrooms.

The property is located just 15 minutes on foot from the Palacongressi and about 20 from the Rimini station. The accommodation is very spacious and features a large bedroom, a convenient storage room, a functional bathroom, and a private kitchen. Mrs. Sonia was extremely kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the breakfast with homemade pastries, fresh fruit, cappuccino, and juice. Excellent value for money!

A peaceful night in this B&B just outside the center of Rimini. Cleaning and welcoming are really excellent, essential but functional room as well as the bathroom that lacks nothing. The breakfast prepared by Sonia is simple and plentiful: she doesn't let you miss anything and, in general, always tries to meet the needs of the guest making them feel as comfortable as possible. Truly appreciated and recommended!

B&B Il Tiglio is not a place I would return to even for free. The room lacked a TV and air conditioning, there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers (I had to keep my clothes in the suitcase for the whole stay). The bathroom had a very small and rather dirty shower. Breakfast was left in a barely cooling fridge to be consumed the following morning. The toilet did not flush properly. The owner blocked the reviews and after staying there, I understood why.

Beautiful charming house, quiet, not far from the center and the Palacongressi (we stayed there for professional reasons). The landlady is very helpful and kind. With the bike available, you can easily reach the beach (on foot it still takes half an hour). A really nice stay.

It is a wonder, I stayed at B&B Il Tiglio for the Scivac 2014 congress at the Palacongressi in Rimini and the location is strategic, very close to both the station, the center and the Palacongressi itself. The little villa is enchanting, taken care of in the smallest details, immersed in greenery but with that atmosphere of home and warmth that makes you feel at home. The quality-price ratio is enviable. The most beautiful thing is definitely Mrs. Sonia, the owner of the bed & breakfast, with a disarming kindness. She is a great hostess and truly a beautiful person. My dog Thomas, who came with me to Rimini, and I were literally enchanted. I really recommend it from the heart and I hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

I had a really great time. The bicycles available allow you to reach the center of Rimini and the sea in just a few minutes. Sonia is really kind and helpful. If I am in Rimini again for work, I will certainly ask for availability again.
