Everything is perfect! Very kind staff and absolutely strategic location, with convenient parking. Impeccable cleanliness, as well as the service. The house is really nice and well-kept. We will definitely return!

The accommodation is ideally located, just a few steps from the city center. It is located in the courtyard behind the main building and has a well-kept garden. The welcome was warm. The cottage is carefully furnished. Nothing is missing.

The structure is very beautiful, clean, and truly complete with everything. The apartment overlooks a beautiful internal garden, well cared for and quiet. Rich breakfast. The owners were very friendly and available, we felt pampered. We will definitely return here!

The structure is central and close to all the places of interest. It is well equipped, comfortable, and nice to see with a spacious garden and lots of greenery. The owner is very explanatory in providing information and available for any request. It is a top bnb.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Shower area slightly small but certainly adequate. Beautiful garden with benches and a small table to eat outside. Situated in a nice part of town with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The center is within walking distance. Best of all are the hosts, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We would definitely return on our next trip to Bologna.

A short walk from the center of Bologna, it is a warm and welcoming studio, private and with a well-kept green area. The owners are very friendly, respectful of their guests' privacy. Accurate cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, with maximum comfort and tranquility. Convenient parking (one must also consider the economic difficulty of parking in the city). The breakfast is abundant, with a convenient and useful kitchenette complete with all accessories. In short, the impression is to feel comfortable as at home; I wouldn't want to praise Il Tiglio 44 more, for fear of not finding a place when I return to Bologna. Congratulations and good job.

Independent cottage in the garden very nice and clean. Bus stop practically in front of the door in a great area just a stone's throw from the center. The lady was very kind and very helpful.

Delightful place, strategically located 10 minutes from the center, excellently served by buses. Beautiful garden, very well-kept. Excellent breakfast. Very practical structure, with a kitchen. Spotlessly clean. The owners are all extremely kind, always ready to improve our stay. Quiet. Internal parking. The dog, very well welcomed, was able to enjoy the garden. The whole structure is more than recommendable for a comfortable, pleasant, relaxing stay.

This family-owned Bed and Breakfast is absolutely wonderful! We stay here every year and they always make our stay in Bologna so special. It's a beautiful place, owned by the nicest, most accommodating people you will ever meet, is so convenient, with a lovely garden and parking.

I booked this Bed and Breakfast for friends coming from Catania. They had a great time, excellent cleanliness, comfortable environments, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. We walked from there to the center every day, being very close to the main monumental sites to visit. I am sure I made a great impression thanks also to the manager who was very helpful, making my guests feel at home. I recommend it, even for families with children. The room has a large loft, high with the possibility of maintaining privacy between parents and children, or friends, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances when there are many people (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc).

We stayed here on the nights of 7 and 8 August 2016. Excellent B&B suitable for 3 people. Good location next to transport, nice local restaurants close by. The owners are a lovely, kind, and gentle old-fashioned couple. The door of the accommodation opens onto a very quiet, secure, and picturesque courtyard (big walnut tree as well, we ate a lot of walnuts, as it was just coming into season) car accommodation is right at your doorstep, on-site, you will get a remote for the huge steel gate. Excellent overall, will go back, and will recommend to friends.

Thank you again for the hospitality! Great apartment just a stone's throw from the center of Bologna with private covered parking in a courtyard. The hosts are very kind and it was a pleasure to have a chat. Convenient location well served by buses, otherwise you can reach the center on foot in 15 minutes. See you next time!

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts we've stayed at: excellent welcome, very helpful and hospitable owners, strategic position very close to the center, the stadium, the main places of interest, with 2 city bus stops less than 50 meters away and a couple of supermarkets just steps away. Excellent restaurants nearby, recommended by the owner, and an excellent ice cream shop just behind the Church of San Paolo. Very quiet internal parking, clean and comfortable place with (truly) every convenience: satellite TV with Sky, wifi, many books to consult. Recommended place for families and suitable for spending quiet and serene days. So if we were to return to the beautiful Bologna, we already know where to go: highly recommended!
