In the past, this street was one of the main access routes to the medieval city and hosted the city gate “Porta Sant’Isaia, ” demolished in the early 1900s. Today, the neighborhood is a lively and prestigious area, just a short walk from the historic center.

We stayed for only one night at this property, but we were very pleased. The rooms are well cared for and clean, as well as of adequate size. The hosts were very helpful and the information they gave us was clear. If there is another opportunity to stay in Bologna, we will definitely consider it.

The studio apartment "La Presentosa" is really nice, well furnished and attentive to detail. It is neat and clean. The location is strategic; you can reach everywhere on foot, the city center and the stadium, and it is also well served by buses. The self check-in allows freedom in arrival times. For us, who went to the concert at the Dall'Ara, it was very convenient. We walked there and back instead of queuing.

The stay at the structure Il Salotto was really pleasant. Optimal location to easily explore the center. The apartment was taken care of in every detail and equipped with every accessory and utensil. Mr. Vito is an excellent host, present and available for any eventuality. The structure is absolutely recommended.
