Ideal for tourist stays, business trips, or for families and groups of friends, the apartment is perfect for both short stays and longer stays. Its privileged location allows you to easily reach, on foot or by bicycle, the main attractions of the historic center such as Piazza Maggiore, the two Towers and the Sanctuary of San Luca. Furthermore, the area is well served by public transport, allowing you to comfortably explore every corner of the city.

Located on the first floor of a historic building without a lift, the apartment has two bedrooms furnished with taste and elegance. The "Caramanna" room, which is reserved for couples, offers an ergonomic double bed in memory foam, wardrobe, desk and air conditioning, perfect for workers or couples. The "La Presentosa" room, more spacious, which is reserved for small families or small groups of friends, is equipped with an ergonomic double bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning and can accommodate up to four people, ideal for couples with children. Each room is bright and comfortable, with large windows that illuminate the spaces. For larger groups or families up to 6 members can use both rooms.

Guests however have access to the entire apartment which also includes a large living room of 26 square meters where they can relax and spend moments of conviviality or organize business appointments, equipped with a relaxation corner with fireplace, leather sofa, Smart TV with Disney Plus and a dining or work area. The equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently with all the necessary appliances, while the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, towels, hairdryer and washer / dryer.
