In the heart of old town of Modena, the historic building, newly renovated with an elevator, in which the B&B The Hermitage is home. As you get off, walk in Via Emilia towards the center to the romanic Duomo with Ghirlandina. A short walk to the Teatro Comunale Luciano Pavarotti and to the Teatro Storchi. A little less than one kilometer, the Birthplace Museum Enzo Ferrari. The B&B enjoys an ideal location for anyone wants to discover the old town and the charm of the city of Modena, by foot, and for those who want to make the city the ideal point of depart for a trip in the North Italy: Venice, Florence, Milan and Garda lake are about an hour by car far away. The magnificent view over the rooftops of the city, from high feature offers the possibility of a buffet breakfast. The romantic double or triple rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. This is an attic a stone's throw from the Cathedral, public transport 100/150 m from the property. Available and friendly manager. I would come back.

It was a quite spacious room with spirit and unique vibes. I liked it. There were two main downsides for me, the BIG one - no Wi-Fi coverage in the room, the less disturbing one - the bathroom was outside of the room.

Very characteristic, it is all attic with exposed beams. Very convenient for getting around Modena, it is in the center but you don't feel the chaos of the nightlife that takes place a few steps away.

The kindness and courtesy of the manager left me amazed, I know the people from Modena well and I love the city, even though I only go back once or twice a year. I will definitely return to Il Romitorio because I had a great time, I felt at home. The apartment was well heated and above all very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I slept all night without interruptions, which rarely happens to me. Rating 10 +.

Magnifica mansarda in pieno centro storico, grande, pulitissima e molto ben tenuta. I gestori sono due bellissime persone, gentili, molto disponibili e allo stesso tempo discretissime.
