Welcome to our accommodation located in the heart of the old village! Francesca and Guido will be happy to welcome you to their home, once a medieval tower that has recently been renovated. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys or admire the vast plain that extends to the horizon.
Our house offers numerous amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including two bright and welcoming rooms. You can choose between a double room with the possibility of an extra bed, or a twin room. In addition, the use of the kitchen with a refrigerator is available, where you can prepare your meals.
For your relaxation, we provide a living room with a library for reading, while for rest you will have an living room and air conditioning. Furthermore, you can use the private parking.
We are waiting for you for an unforgettable stay!

A splendid and warm welcome, many small details, great care in cleanliness and order all perfectly managed by Francesca and Guido. Breakfast on hot sunny days is served under a pergola and the jams you find on the table are made by Mrs. Francesca with fruit from the orchard. The serene atmosphere of the Modena hills is brightened by the happy combination of the lands of Sicily and Emilia of the hosts.

Beautiful place, immersed in greenery. Mr. Guido and Mrs. Francesca are very hospitable and made us feel at home. Delicious breakfast with local products. Maximum cleanliness and fabulous view!

We had a truly pleasant stay. Mrs. Francesca, who manages the structure, is very welcoming and helpful. A nice family atmosphere was created. The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the use of the kitchen was helpful. Excellent cleanliness. What is found on the site actually corresponds to what is offered. My family and I will definitely return if we happen to pass through the area. Convenient for reaching Bologna, Modena, and various points of interest in the area, but immersed in tranquility.
