Description

The apartment, newly renovated and furnished in contemporary style, is located in one of the most beautiful and comfortable area of Bologna.

Its location allows guests to conveniently reach the historic centre, both by public transport or by a leisurely stroll. A few steps away there is Villa Spada, one of the historic city parks, and continuing along the 'Portici, you come to the Holy Shrine of St. Luke's Madonna, one of the must-see destinations of a stay in Bologna.

Located in a quiet residential area and is placed in an internal away from traffic.

There is a pubblic parking (8 to 18 work days) in the street. The price of the parking is 7, 50 per day.

Furthermore the apartment, equipped with all comforts for a long stay, hosts a selection of photographs result of a project of Bologna followed by a well-known Bolognese photographer

The area offers all the services that can enhance your stay: trattorias, bars, taverns, supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, pharmacies, banks etc. The Dall'Ara stadium is within walking distance in 10 minutes. In 5 minutes you get to walk to Teatro delle Celebrazioni. Good to know for joggers: Villa Spada is one of the city parks located across the road and along the arcades you lead to the Basilica of San Luca (go up the hill to reach the Holy Shrine of St. Luke's Madonna) where you can admire Bologna from above.
The area is served by public transport (bus number 20)
To reach the old town you can opt for a nice walk under the famous Porticoes of Bologna.

The owner was kind and helpful. Modern and cozy apartment, excellent cleanliness. Excellent location, 30 minutes walk from the center and very close to the stadium. A bit difficult to find parking. Otherwise everything excellent.

Welcome, kindness, cleanliness, new and renovated. Abundant breakfast in the pantry! Beautiful neighborhood full of attractions, shops, and supermarkets. The city center is reachable on foot, but if you are lazy, there is a bus every 5 minutes right in front of the property. We had a great time and stayed for 10 days. If we were to return, we would always stay with Antonio (host).
