Description

I opened "il pellegrino B&B" in 2005. In February 2020 I enlarged the reception with a new structure at 300 meters. Now I can welcome 4 people in my house and 6 in the new structure
The structures are located in the center of the municipality of Fiorano Modenese and offer a beautiful view of the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Castello.

In my house:
- 1 bedrooms (single or double based on requests)
- 1 bathroom private bathroom in the corridor
In the new structure:
- 1 single bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- 1 single room with shared bathroom
- 1 double room with shared bathroom
On foot you can reach:
- hypermarket 50 meters from the new structure
- rotisserie 10 meters from the new structure
- restaurants, pizzerias, breweries, bars and bakeries within 200 meters of both structures;
- the Fiorano Sanctuary

To introduce myself, I will tell you about three of my passions:
- I enjoy cycling trips
- I have written the book "Mamma li turchi" published by Polaris
- I teach yoga
It all began in 2001 when I cycled to Santiago de Compostela. Since then, I have made a pilgrimage on a bike or by foot every year. These experiences led me to dream of opening the B&B Il Pellegrino to move from being welcomed to welcoming others.

Thanks to cycling and many friends, I have gradually moved further east. First, to the Middle East, where the book "Mamma li turchi" was born. Then, I continued my journey to India in search of deeper spirituality.

Now, I teach yoga and with the "In Yoga" project, we bring the East and West closer together.

The structure was in an ideal position for us who were in Fiorano for a family wedding. So it was an additional pleasure to discover that Emanuele, our host, not only responds promptly to messages but is also an interesting, very kind, caring, and respectful person. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for long conversations, but the little time we spent with him was very precious. His house is spotless and equipped with everything necessary. A true family welcome. 10/10.

Our host Emanuele contacted us to know the arrival details and welcomed us in the best way. The property is nice, as in the pictures, the other guests were respectful towards us. Even though our stay was not primarily aimed at exploring the area, we still spent a few hours in the charming central area of the town, which proved to be nice and the merchants hospitable; it's also worth taking a moment to visit the Sanctuary from where you can admire the panorama.

The friendliness and kindness of the manager (Emanuele) were perfect, because in many of my travels I have never had the pleasure of chatting with managers who only stick to the necessary formalities. The cleanliness of the environment, the breakfast more than necessary, and the silence of the area made the stay enjoyable.

First time staying at a B&B, very friendly and helpful manager.\n\nCozy accommodation with everything mentioned in the description. The bathroom is shared with the other room, but it didn't turn out to be a problem.\n\nOnly downside for my standards, perhaps also due to the not too hospitable weather, was the living comfort. A bit too borderline, I would have appreciated a slightly higher indoor temperature.\n\nAnyway, comparing the whole offer and considering the usage (arriving in the evening to leave early in the morning), I must say it has an excellent value for money that will surely make me lean positively towards future visits.

It's like being at home: cozy, simple yet comfortable. The issue of the shared bathroom was not relevant at all. Kind and helpful manager. The structure is a bit hidden. The only flaw was the shower, mainly cold, due to the almost absence of hot water. Otherwise, great place, recommended.

Excellent welcome, the place is great, I would highly recommend it, the only thing is the price for a bed and breakfast may not be quite in line, just for sleep and breakfast. Overall, excellent.

Cozy apartment and rooms, like the very kind manager Emanuele. Clean and well-furnished room and bathroom. The place is quiet and peaceful and is a short distance from Sassuolo, easily reachable by public transport. Good value for money. I will definitely return. 😄

The environment is warm and welcoming, just like its manager. The room is essential but spacious, furnished with good taste and very quiet. Excellent cleaning of the room and bathroom (the latter is shared with another room). There is parking available nearby, although the structure is located in the historic center. By choice, I gave up breakfast, but I fear I made a mistake.
