The structure is completely independent, surrounded by greenery, and equipped with a private garden.

For the guests, there is a spacious kitchen and an elegant and large living room where breakfast will be served in the morning. You can also read, entertain yourself, and organize your stay in complete relaxation.

During the summer, breakfast will be served in the garden gazebo.

The cleaning of the rooms is guaranteed daily.

Our concern is to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

Really amazing nature around the property. Very housewarming and cozy, clean and pretty room and bathroom. Owner tailored breakfast to my extreme diet which I appreciate very greatly. Owner is very kind and polite. I absolutely recommend this place. It's close to everything you need and offers amazing walks in the nature.

I recently stayed at this B&B and I will definitely return if I find myself in those areas again. For my little girl, Mrs. Patrizia was “Nonna Patty”. Clean facility, comfortable bed, and a uniquely welcoming owner. She waited for us until late and personally prepared the drinks for breakfast. I have been working in the hotel industry for years and it is rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere! If you are passing through Ferrara, stop here!

We stayed at this property for one day for the November 1st bridge with our two daughters. We divided into two rooms, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom, although outside the rooms, was left to us as reserved and was impeccable.\n\nThe breakfast was of excellent quality, with homemade "tenerina" cake made by the landlady.\n\nExcellent value for money.\n\nSpecial thanks to Mrs. Caleffi, very helpful, kind, and very welcoming.\n\nWe will be back.
