Bed and breakfast Il Giardino is located halfway between Bologna and Ferrara, both cities can be reached in 25 minutes. Each room has an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, wi fi and a fridge. We have a large free internal parking. The motorway is 10 minutes away, exit Altedo.

Despite Ms. Franca's helpfulness, the accommodation is only sufficient for one night. I stayed during the fair period, but I cannot justify €110 for one night at this property: the single room is in a very old building, with virtually no soundproofing and breakfast consisting of packaged snacks.

The structure is well located, not far from Bologna and close to Ferrara, easily reachable from the A13. I gave a score of 9 for the location because it is not immediately close to a populated area and therefore to shops. It is necessary to use the car for shopping. The management is of a high level both for communication with the property and for assistance during check-in, check-out, and breakfast. It feels like being hosted by family members. A small flaw: the garden is a bit neglected, which disappoints the name of the structure itself. However, highly recommended.

We stayed one night at the property. Excellent cleanliness, spacious and very comfortable room. A bit far from Bologna, but as a base it's ideal. A special mention to Mrs. Franca: very kind, friendly and hospitable. We will definitely come back.

The structure, immersed in the greenery of the Bolognese countryside, is very welcoming, clean, and lacks nothing. There is also the bus stop less than a 5-minute walk from the structure for those without a car. The breakfast is very rich and varied, and Mrs. Franca, the owner of the B&B, is very kind, caring, punctual in respecting the breakfast times, and everything else.

We had a great time at Mrs. Franca's place. The house is a gem in the heart of the countryside, furnished and decorated with care, sheets and towels scented with lace. Abundant breakfast with fresh sandwiches, jams, juices, and various drinks.
