The bed and breakfast is located in one of the safest areas of the old town, in a strategic position in front of Porta Lame, not far from the Central Station (10 min. by walk) but also easily accessible by bus (only 2 bus stop) and about 15 min. walk from Piazza Maggiore.
We are just 2, 5 miles from the airport and the location is very convenient to reach it, in fact, the average travel time by taxi is approximately 20 min.
Being out of the limited traffic area, you can reach the bed and breakfast by car and park at a cost of EUR 7 on blue area parking, or in a parking with the bar at a cost of 1 euro / day, which is 500 mt. far away.
B&B Il Cantuccio is characterized by 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another with external bathroom for the exclusive use, in addition to the kitchen, where breakfast will be consumed.
The apartment is at 6' floor, so from the rooms you can enjoy a magnificent view of Porta Lame which overlook both rooms.
The apartment, newly renovated with high quality materials, turns out to be bright and extremely quiet as it equipped with Windows at high sound insulation.
Rooms are also equipped with maximum comfort: LED TV, free WiFi Internet access throughout the hotel, air conditioning, hair dryer, new furnitures in modern style.
We can also provide taxi service on request.
Moreover we are able to hire a bike to make city excursion.

First and foremost, I thank Donato for his kindness, availability, professionalism, and the trust he has shown me! Il Cantuccio is a warm and welcoming structure where we found everything we needed. The room is sunny and spacious with a view of Porta Lame, a strategic location for the station and the city center! Comfortable bed, coffee machine, water kettle, and refrigerator; impeccable cleanliness and helpful staff. The building has an elevator and the area where it is located is quiet and peaceful. Economical affiliated parking 10 minutes' walk from the property. What can I say: a true gem in Bologna! We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Ottima posizione, poco meno di dieci minuti a piedi sotto i portici di via Lame e sei già in pieno centro storico/commerciale. Buona la camera, avevo quella con il bagno e cordialissima l’accoglienza.
La vista sulla storica Porta Lame dal sesto piano è suggestiva. Soddisfacente la prima colazione.
Solo un neo e non certo dei gestori ma di qualche ospite: da quando in qua si lasciano sporchi nel lavello della cucina di un B&B le tazzine e i piattini dopo la colazione o il caffè o the pomeridiano?
Un B&B non è un albergo, la prossima volta andate al Baglioni.

Ottima struttura, sicuramente consigliabile: posizione comodissima sotto tanti profili, gestori seri, gentilissimi, premurosi; camere, cucina, bagni nuovissimi, puliti e comodi; prezzo leggermente più alto della media, ma ne vale la pena. Ci sono stato già due volte, e ci tornerò.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Bed and Breakfast consigliatissimo. Gestore premuroso, cordiale e attento in tutti i possibili particolari. Pulizia esemplare. Qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Posizione a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione e a 20 minuti di cammino dal Centro storico. Non penso che si possa proprio pretendere di più da un Bed and Breakfast di quanto il Cantuccio metta a disposizione dei suoi ospiti.

Posizione ottimale per un B&B che si configura come uno dei pochi ad eccellere nella pulizia e nell'ordine. La struttura, portata a nuovo dal gestore, non ha difetti e garantisce comfort ed aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Letto comodo e spazi ampi, quindi il voto è alto. Tornerò sicuramente.

B&B accogliente, pulito e in una posizione strategica (15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria) personale accogliente. Bologna bellissima, giovanile e cibo ottimo. Consiglio la visita.
