It all started in the 60s, when my mother's family took over the Osteria del Castello di San Martino in Minerbio..or perhaps it all started much earlier.
My grandmother Giorgina was already famous for her ragù and for the long sheets she could roll out using two rolling pins at once; my grandfather Ivano was the local pork butcher and was already being called to the houses of farmers because he was good at "butchering" the pig.
In this now distant world, between tagliatelle and cotechini, grilled meats and tavern noise, I was born. And obviously I was infected by the joy and goodness that surrounded me.
Who am I?
I am Moris Libanori, and in 2004 my family and I opened Sorsimorsi, a countryside house that became a restaurant, where some dishes are served that still have the taste of the tavern where I was born.
We are proud to offer you the most authentic Emilian cuisine in a simple and relaxed environment, just like the taverns of the past.

Countryside setting but a company's gala evening,at least 100 people. The place turns into a beach nightclub,sound system at full volume! Cleaning of the premises with the trash bins rolled under the window around 1:30 AM! The whole package! The least they could have done was contact us and inform us;we would have found other accommodation. As for the owners,nowhere to be seen.

Perfect stay just steps from Bologna. I stayed at the B&B Il Bucchio for three nights in August 2025 with my family for a short summer vacation. The room was spacious and spotless, with a breathtaking view of the Bolognese countryside. The staff was always helpful and smiling. Morris was very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for places in the area. The breakfast, plentiful and varied, also included options for celiacs. About the restaurant Sorsimorsi... words fail me: Chiara simply fantastic! Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and comfort. We will definitely return!

We stayed for one night but we had a great time. The place is quiet and green. The room is very comfortable, clean and fragrant. The manager is a very nice lady who was really very welcoming and available. We will keep it in mind for other occasions or for suggestions to friends.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The shower could have been a bit bigger, but it was manageable. The mattress was hard and the pillow was not the best. The bed was questionable. The breakfast was very varied in terms of pastries and tasty.
