Description
The Bosco Di Ivo" is a welcoming structure, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, located next to the historic park of Villa Aldrovandi Mazzacorati, just a 10-minute walk from the TONIOLO Hospital. Easily reachable also OSPEDALE BELLARIA, VILLA LAURA, OSPEDALE RIZZOLI.
A minute walk away is Via Toscana, which is full of bars and pastry shops, post offices, banks, points of interest, local markets, supermarkets and shops, with numerous bus lines that quickly connect to the Margherita Gardens (7 minutes), the historic centre (8 minutes), the hills of Bologna (5 minutes) and Pianoro (10 minutes).
In Via Lelli, there is also a well-equipped gym with a calisthenic facility, weight room and stretching area. Almost all nearby parks within walking distance have sports fields (tennis, football, beach volleyball, etc.).
We offer our guests a bathroom, free wifi, heated rooms, the freedom to return at any time during the night, free parking adjacent to the property.
In the room, our guests will find a hairdryer and internet access.

We found the room and the bathroom very welcoming and clean, with ethnic details that characterize them (furniture, pictures). The host was very kind: very accommodating, considering we had two hours of delay compared to the expected arrival date. We really liked the area, at the top of a closed street, very quiet, near a park and with many amenities nearby.

I was very impressed by "Il Bosco di Ivo". A welcoming house close to the center, simple and warm furnishings, a very comfortable bed and a plentiful breakfast. Very satisfied.

The owners were very helpful. The location is in a quieter residential area than the tourist city center but is well connected with a covered bus stop 5 minutes away downhill for the #13 bus which is only 10 minutes to town. The unit was adequate and on the top floor of an apartment building, but you could hear the voices when the family below was at home in the evenings and early morning. The bathroom was bigger than my entire single room at the Hotel Donatello that I left after 1 night, so I was very thankful to move to a more spacious unit with a comfortable bedroom, and a big 90" Samsung TV that I was able to watch Netflix and YouTube in the living room during the evenings.

Great location with respect to public transportation. To reach the center of Bologna, you don't need a car. Cozy and quiet place, with a large park in front. Numerous commercial activities on the main street for shopping, eating, or getting takeout.
