"Il Bosco Di Ivo" is a cozy and well-maintained facility, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, located next to the historic park of Villa Aldrovandi Mazzacorati, just a 10-minute walk from Toniolo Hospital.
Within a one-minute walk, you can access Via Toscana, which is filled with bars, pastry shops, post offices, banks, points of interest, local markets, supermarkets, and shops, with numerous bus lines that quickly connect to Giardini Margherita (7 minutes), the historic center (8 minutes), the Bolognese hills (5 minutes), and Pianoro (10 minutes).
On Via Lelli, there is also a well-equipped gym with a calisthenics structure, a weight room, and a stretching area. Almost all nearby parks, within walking distance, have sports fields (tennis, soccer, beach volleyball, etc.).
We offer our guests a bathroom, free WiFi, heated rooms, the freedom to return at any time during the night, parking, a kitchenette, and a little terrace.
In the room, our guests will find a hairdryer and internet access.

The owners were very helpful. The location is in a quieter residential area than the tourist city center but is well connected with a covered bus stop 5 minutes away downhill for the #13 bus which is only 10 minutes to town. The unit was adequate and on the top floor of an apartment building, but you could hear the voices when the family below was at home in the evenings and early morning. The bathroom was bigger than my entire single room at the Hotel Donatello that I left after 1 night, so I was very thankful to move to a more spacious unit with a comfortable bedroom, and a big 90" Samsung TV that I was able to watch Netflix and YouTube in the living room during the evenings.

Great location with respect to public transportation. To reach the center of Bologna, you don't need a car. Cozy and quiet place, with a large park in front. Numerous commercial activities on the main street for shopping, eating, or getting takeout.
