Description

Our B&B is located in the middle of nature and exactly in an old renovated farmhouse. Our home is located within a wildlife reserve and is surrounded by fields, cultivated land and a beautiful garden where you can walk or relax.

The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to taste the typical products of the place thanks to the food and wine tours, relaxing walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery in the surrounding area.

Our house is a perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for business and business trips, for a romantic getaway, for those who love the silence of nature and the tranquility away from the city.

Our guests can take advantage of the shared toilet for the two rooms, free wifi, heated rooms, freedom to return at night, parking place inside the machine and a well-kept garden.

Our rooms furnished in a simple but functional, think as if they were for us, are equipped with hairdryer, towels for each guest, internet access, mirror and luggage rack.

Every morning we will be happy to welcome you with delicious breakfasts.

We are in the countryside so it is advisable to use the car to move around. We are in a good position to visit Bologna Modena and Ferrara. In 10 minutes you will find the village of Sant'Agata Bolognese, famous for the Lamborghini factory where you can take a visit. The house has free indoor parking. At 3 km you will find the village of Crevalcore, where you can reach Bologna by train (25 min.) Otherwise by car 30 minutes. Convenient location also to reach the fair of Bologna or Modena.

I stayed in this structure for five nights. For me, everything was positive. The place is in the countryside and you can truly relax and be at peace. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is excellent, served with fresh and homemade products. The owners are great hosts, kind and lovely. They made us feel at home. It is recommended and we will definitely return.

We spent one night at the property. The attic room was nice and well furnished. The bathroom was comfortable (finally a shower that does not hit the neck). Roberta and Marco were very kind, along with their two dogs Clea and Charlie and the cat Briciola, all very well-behaved and sweet. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, made up of all homemade items. Everything was great. The only warning: be careful at the entrance.

Patrizia and Marco are very nice, kind, helpful people and always have something to tell you about their travels. The company of Clea, Charlie, and Briciola is greatly appreciated. The location is definitely a little out of the city center if you do not have a car. The stay was very pleasant, the room was equipped with all comforts and very warm.

I gave everything a 10 because that is exactly what I think of my stay. Patrizia and Marco, truly exquisite people, very attentive and caring; the homemade breakfast made with great care was simply fabulous. The room was very beautiful and clean. I had a small problem with the car and Marco solved it brilliantly. I will definitely return, thank you.

I love I Pioppi Cipressini, I have been going there regularly for a few months and I will gladly return. Quiet and in the countryside, ideal for practicing sports after a busy day. Super breakfast and delightful managers. Thank you.

Romantic getaway in search of tranquility for one night after attending a concert in Bologna. Highly recommended, a small oasis of peace immersed in the countryside. Patrizia and Marco are super kind and welcoming. They have 3 cuddly dogs and a cat. The breakfast is excellent with a homemade cake typical of the area, jams made by the homeowner, and fragrant croissants. We will definitely come back ??

It would be worth it just for the breakfasts with which Patrizia and Marco pamper you in the morning. Structure immersed in an invaluable oasis of silence (and also a little hard to find...) great availability of the hosts, comfortable rooms, really a nice experience.

B&B immersed in the silence of nature, really excellent hosts, Mrs. Patrizia is truly kind and super helpful, she makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment, and then for my intolerances she prepared two exquisite cakes. And what about their 3 little dogs? Adorable! I highly recommend it and if we have the chance we will definitely come back!

I stayed at this excellent Bed and Breakfast for only one night and I must say I had a great time. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The hosts were sociable, friendly, and helpful.

The property is exactly as described. I really appreciated the location (true Emilian countryside), the cleanliness, and the type (it's a renovated farmhouse). The location is very peaceful, and the comfort of the beds guarantees a restful sleep. The spaces are comfortable, all very clean and well-kept. The furniture includes rustic furniture/tools, a memory of an ancient peasant culture. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. They have three beautiful dogs, so I add a point to the evaluation. The breakfast is good (Patrizia, the host, also offered us a simple but excellent homemade donut), abundant, very satisfying... in short: I had a great time and would definitely go back. PS: I'm sorry for spilling the water bowl of my little dog on the bathroom rug. If you have to stay in the Crevalcore area, I recommend it without any reservations.

Nice structure located in the open countryside, tranquility assured, friendly and caring managers. Maximum availability. I had booked the room just for the night, the managers kept the room for me until the afternoon, giving me the opportunity to take a shower after the Crevalcore marathon. Nearby is Sant'Agata Bolognese and the Lamborghini headquarters, where you can visit the museum. Overall, a good structure with an excellent value for money. The only aspect to improve is the directions to reach the structure.

Thanks to Patrizia and Marco for welcoming me into their home as if I were a niece, very helpful and open. Very cozy house not far from the center and immersed in the beautiful green countryside, you can feel the homely atmosphere, pleasant conviviality and human warmth. The wooden beams in the rooms and the tastefully furnished contribute to make the environment warm, rustic and comfortable. Excellent cleanliness and very good breakfast. Perfectly honest price. Beautiful experience.
