Morris welcome you at the brand-new Room and Breakfast “I due Orfici”.
Our friendly establishment lies in the peaceful countryside within 6 miles from Ferrara, one of the most important renaissance centres in Italy which became Unesco World Heritage Site in 1995.
The R&B is also ideally situated for exploring the Po Delta Park, the most important wetland zone in Europe, a paradise for nature lovers, and, at the same time, the perfect base to visit other historical cities such as Comacchio, Ravenna and Bologna.
Guest accomodation consists of 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, TV and tea kettle. We provide additional beds and a double room for disabled people.
Every morning you can enjoy our delicious breakfast! We offer a selection of home-made cakes and pastries, biscuits, marmalades, jams, cereals, hot and cold beverage and a choice of fresh juices. We can prepare breakfasts for special needs or preferences on request.
In the summer you can have your coffee or “cappuccino” in the back garden, a pleasant green area bordering a field of apple trees.
If you choose to visit the Po area and its natural and historical beauties you won't regret it! Po is the longest Italian river. It crosses lands and towns, entering Ferrara territory in Stellata di Bondeno, where the Panaro floods into it. Crossing orchards and fields, it gets to the Delta, in Goro, and then to the Adriatic sea: here the area is spread with irrigation canals and cycle tracks along their banks.
For our bike lovers guests we rent confortable bicycles and suggest different charming itineraries easy to everyone. You can choose to follow the Great River or have a tour cycle along the 9km track aroung the city walls, to discover towers, fortresses and earthworks.
We will be glad to give further suggestions on the best attractions and leisure pursuits.

Starting this year, there is the option to use a shared kitchen space. Due to the proximity of the city hospital and the constant flow of guests passing through, we have decided to no longer serve breakfast within the facility. Instead, we provide a voucher for the excellent bar located approximately 300m away, which is open from 6 in the morning.

The property is welcoming and so is the host. It is located in a strategic point for us as we were close to Ferrara, but we also had the opportunity to move both towards Comacchio and towards the beaches.

Breakfast is no longer provided by I Due Orfici (but it is not charged either), but a well-equipped snack room (dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, microwave...) allows you to prepare it yourself, and even to have a meal. The decoration of the entire structure is very refined. Morris is a charming host, attentive to the needs of his guests; his addresses and advice are truly very appreciable. The garden where we had a picnic on the last day is lovely. We were a bit bothered by the noise from the street - and sometimes from other tenants returning at night - but there is nothing we can do about it.

Well-kept, clean, cozy, and familiar accommodation. The new and colorful furnishings were highly appreciated. The breakfast time was a delight for the heart and palate (abundant and tasty with homemade cakes made by mom's hands). Welcoming and helpful staff. It fulfilled all our expectations. Definitely an accommodation where we would want to return to stay longer.

I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect, quiet and welcoming room, just like the two hosts. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is strategic if you have a car: 15 minutes from the large free parking lot on Via Darsena. I recommend it to everyone.
