Description
Our cozy bed and breakfast is the perfect place to spend a pleasant beach vacation with the comfort of a "big house"; an ideal starting point to explore the numerous parks of the Riviera; a reference point for your business trips or work meetings. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by 14 rooms of different types. In each of them, you will find: simple and functional furniture, a balcony, a bathroom with a shower box, air conditioning, a fan, a safe, towels, and a courtesy set.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.70 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Sin dalla prenotazione al telefono il personale è stato cortese e disponibile, ho usufruito del bonus vacanza e nonostante questo sono stati più che disponibili riguardo alle nostre richieste. Anzi, benchè ci avessero dato la camera più piccola si sono scusati perchè non ce n’erano di più grandi disponibili. cosa che mi ha stupito e che mi ha fatto capire quanto siano educati e che si preoccupano del cliente. La colazione era abbondante e anche i camerieri sono stati educatissimi e gentilissimi... se il voto è da 0 a 10 io ne dó 20!

Siamo state a Rimini per il TTG Fiera. C'era un pullman per la fiera che era molto comodo. Le camere erano semplici ma con tutto il necessario. La colazione abbondante. A due passi dal mare e dai ristoranti. Siamo state bene. Grazie!

L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda perché vicino al mare e alla fermata dell'autobus. Il gestore è molto disponibile e la struttura è discreta nella sua semplicità. Buona la colazione con dolci freschi fatti in casa. Molto buona la pulizia.
