Starting this year, Hotel Philadelphia in Cattolica is being renovated! New services, new rooms, and a new way of experiencing a vacation in freedom thanks to the new, beautiful apartments with a kitchenette and the new Bed and Breakfast formula that can be associated with any solution.

Vacation in freedom - B&B with late breakfast. Your vacation is about to begin, and what's better than a vacation in complete freedom without constraints but with all the comforts of a 3-star hotel in Cattolica? Hotel Philadelphia BB & Apartments offers you the new formula, with which you can peacefully enjoy your vacation without the obligation to return to the hotel for lunch or dinner. Thanks to the B&B formula, you can comfortably wake up and enjoy a rich continental breakfast until late. If you wish, we can suggest the best restaurants in the area or, if you want to have lunch or dinner, you can request the new packet lunch service to consume wherever you want. This formula also satisfies families who can count on an extra level of security.

Apartments formula - For those who love tranquility in a dedicated environment. Big news for 2022. With the renovation, we have created 8 brand new apartments with a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom of approximately 25 sqm each, half of which have a beautiful sea view. This solution is particularly suitable for those who are looking for a personalized vacation without schedules or constraints. Families, couples, or groups of friends looking for an ideal solution for their vacation with all the comforts of a three-star hotel on the seafront of Cattolica. Each apartment has 2 separate rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 living room with a kitchenette, table with chairs, and a sofa bed. The services include a kitchenette with induction plates, dishwasher, sink, dishes, refrigerator, private bathroom with shower box and hairdryer, LCD TV, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and balcony. Upon request, you can also add breakfast at the restaurant and the packet lunch service.

Connecting rooms - two separate rooms for every need. More news for 2022. The hotel renovation has given us a way to create new connecting rooms composed of 2 separate rooms. In this way, a family or a group of friends can stay in the same room while maintaining their privacy. Also, for this solution, you can add breakfast at the restaurant and the packet lunch service.

Since 1963, the Silvagni family has been welcoming its guests with the same spirit that we have always felt inside.. that sense of hospitality, availability, and appreciation for "simple and genuine" things, traditions that have been passed down to us by our elders and that are typical of our "Romagnola culture." Culture and tradition that are deeply immersed in our rich hinterland. The Hotel Philadelphia BB & Apartments is located in a quiet position, on the charming Viale Carducci, and is the ideal accommodation for family holidays, with friends or for sports enthusiasts. The hotel is also very close to the sea, the shopping area, the "Le Navi" marine park, the Cattolica Aquarium, and the Misano Circuit where the Moto GP is held.

We stayed two nights at this property, which I found very clean, modern, with good, friendly and helpful service. The breakfast was also plentiful, with a wide variety and very good. I can only recommend it. Thank you for the lovely weekend we had.

Wonderful experience at Hotel Philadelphia. Great location, close to the beach and the center, the breakfast buffet was very good, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return.

The room is a bit small but renovated and clean. Breakfast, even though it is now at the end of the season, is complete with everything. The owner and staff are really kind and courteous.

Positioned in a good, quiet context area. The structure initially gave us good hopes, however there were some details that I cannot overlook in this review. At the time of today's cleaning, an object of little importance "accidentally" disappeared, we reported the incident, but without resolving anything. After this incident, our trust was exhausted, also seeing other objects evidently moved without our order or consent. Almost evident rummaging inside some bags. We warmly hope that similar events will be limited, if not completely eliminated, for the respect of those who stay and those who place complete trust in the operators or those for them. The wake-up time was strictly at 8, due to the fairly thin walls, every movement of the other guests was perfectly understandable and audible. The breakfast was quite good. In conclusion, we will return, as usual, to Cattolica, but not to this hotel.

Highly recommended Hotel Philadelphia! Perfect location for a walking holiday, everything is easily reachable! Surroundings are full of shops and services! The agreement with the beach establishments is also excellent. Beautiful structure equipped with every comfort and very kind staff!
