Great place to spend a few days in Rimini. It is a few steps from the seafront and is also a great option for accommodation for events at the Stadio Romeo Neri, which is a 30-minute walk away. The room is very nice and basic; the shower solution in the middle of the bathroom with a curtain is perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but you can adapt for a few days. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. Definitely recommended for a holiday in Rimini.

Good hospitality, friendly staff, cleanliness and good breakfast. Nice room with a safe, TV and air conditioning. Small bathroom with a rather awkward shower solution between the WC and the bidet with a curtain and no shower tray. Unfortunately I found a couple of bathrobes on one side of the bed out of place, so it was not the most comfortable. Convenient location close to the sea and the Metromare stop.
