Great facility. Clean. Courtesy and attention towards guests. The parking, located about 200 meters away, is free and convenient. As I was traveling by motorcycle, I had the opportunity to park it indoors in a masonry hut at the Italy parking lot.

Hotel very clean indeed. The room is spacious for 2 adults and 1 child, it was perfect. Large bathroom, comfortable shower, comfortable beds, balcony with sea view. The breakfast was super abundant and rich in everything: fruit, savoury, cakes and brioches, jams, juices... We had a great time and will definitely be back. Ah... let's not forget the indoor pool with hydro-massage jets, very nice, and the terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy the sun and the sea view! Thank you and see you soon!

Excellent for its location compared to the beaches (70 meters from the sea), kindness, courtesy, availability, cleanliness quality, and goodness of breakfast. A special mention to the cleaning ladies for the service provided and the love shown towards our little dog, who was always in the room during their work. Thanks to Alessandro for the professionalism and friendliness, care for customers shown during breakfast service. The only downside for those with very light sleep... the nighttime noise of the air conditioner.

Excellent breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, location 2 minutes walk from the sea. More than satisfied with the stay at Hotel Gabbiano. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the last week of August 2021 and the structure and the service met our expectations. The indoor pool is comfortable, and even in case of rain, it remains usable. There is a small sauna available in the pool area, and in the bathroom in the room, the shower is equipped with hydromassage. Abundant breakfast and typical welcome of the Romagna Riviera.

Great location, just a few meters from the sea and the main street where you can find shops, bars and everything you need. Kind staff, the breakfast attendants are fantastic. I will definitely come back.
