A simple 3-star hotel in Rivazzurra di Rimini, clean and with an excellent breakfast. It is 70 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the private parking. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with TV, safe, balcony and the private bathroom is complete with shower and hairdryer.

100 m from the sea, from bus stop no. 11 Rimini/Riccione and 400 m from the train station and the parallel Metromare. Every type of business within 200 m. Lorenzo, a very nice, helpful, and friendly person, makes the stay pleasantly family-like. Highly recommended.

We liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was really tasty. The staff was very welcoming and nice to people. We appreciate the staff. The rooms were clean and they had enough space. The WIFI worked good. The hotel was worth the money and we would recommend this hotel to people going to Rimini.

In a very close area to the sea and the center of Rivazzurra, a somewhat dated hotel in the rooms and the bathroom, but overall good and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and appreciated the location of the property very much. The owner and staff were really kind. Especially Massimo, who turned breakfast time into a real treat. Excellent value for money. Very close to the Fiabilandia Park and all the main services in the area. We will return.

Good morning. I stayed at this property from June 3 to 6, 2025, with my mom, my sister, my cousin, and a friend. The manager, Mr. Lorenzo, is a kind and helpful person like few others. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, you could eat off the floor. Not even at home is it this clean. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent, with a lot of delicious cakes and pastries, drinks, water, and hot beverages. I travel with two disabled individuals and the consequent difficulties, but Mr. Lorenzo and his staff are amazing. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, very kind and helpful managers. The structure is a bit renovated, but needs another touch-up (bathroom a bit small and retro). Abundant mixed breakfast. I will return.
