If our dishes are so good, it's because they have a secret..which is not really a secret: they only make it to the table if they pass Chef Bruno's taste test. He has always taken care of the specialties of our zero km kitchen at Hotel Bahamas. In fact, our hotel cares about your health and only selects products that come from our own land.

That's why we are a zero km kitchen hotel, with local excellences such as fresh milk from Cesena and the best local catch. Everything is prepared with attention and simplicity because, as Bruno likes to emphasize, "I don't enjoy making elaborate messes, maybe because I don't enjoy eating them..instead, I focus on quality." That's how dishes like the seared tuna, fresh pasta, and our ragù are born. The ragù is cooked for at least four hours, strictly homemade. "Because, do they even sell it ready-made?" Bruno winks.

For more than 40 years we have been managing the Bahamas Hotel, my father started his business with his family (grandmother and uncle) and then welcomed my mother and finally I with my family (wife and children), all present to make you spend a holiday full of fun, relaxation or tranquility.
