Authentic Romagna hospitality for 35 years. Owned, informal hotel, completely renovated. In a quiet area a few steps from the sea with CAR/MOTORCYCLE PARKING AND RELAXATION AREA WITH WHIRLPOOL ON THE PENTHOUSE, WIFI THROUGHOUT THE STRUCTURE, ELEVATOR from the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with every comfort: windowed bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, balcony with drying rack, telephone, safe, ceiling ventilation, air conditioning. The offer is completed by the availability of bicycles and a beautiful covered play area equipped with anti-trauma flooring and the agreement with a beautiful beach with swimming pool and entertainment.
Passion for hospitality, simplicity, attention to different needs, cleanliness and quality of the raw materials used in the kitchen (which we take care of personally) are the elements that have always distinguished us.

An extraordinary buffet awaits you every morning in the room where you will have your exclusive table and you can calmly enjoy what is perhaps the best moment of the day: assortment of homemade desserts made by us, donuts, tarts, variety of freshly baked croissants, jams, yogurt, cereals, dried and fresh fruit, biscuits, sandwiches, cold cuts, focaccias, eggs, bacon,..hot drinks, herbal teas and fresh juices.
Restaurant
The cuisine is our strong point: quality and fresh raw materials, attention to our sea and land traditions, all prepared using the extra virgin olive oil we produce. We start with vegetables and appetizers buffet, then move on to dinner served according to the chosen menu and concludes with dessert. Water with meals is included in the price. Our room is large, bright and air conditioned!

Adriano and Luciana Ronchi met as kids working in a hotel, Luciana's mother was a cook in a guesthouse..then in 1989 the adventure began with me Silvia, then fourteen years old..in the dining room, Luciana in the kitchen and Adriano who in the meantime also worked in Rimini.
Now we have the pleasure of having become a point of reference for many of you.."Your Home by the Sea": the small size has also allowed the establishment of beautiful friendships with us but also with the other guests of the hotel.
The passion for people, the beauty of sharing what for many are the most carefree days of the year, the ones that will be remembered, the ones that remain imprinted in the minds of children are the driving force behind our commitment so that you can spend them in the best possible way, in complete relaxation. Now my daughter Nicole is also here!
