Upon arriving at the B&B, you will enter our home as friends and not as clients, and this is exactly what sets us apart. This phrase was quoted by the managers, you will enter as friends because they are not able to provide a warm welcome. I booked a room for one night, the check-in was done entirely over the phone, without anyone even opening the main door. They wanted to give us a room that had already been occupied as ours, and I was not even aware of the condition of the rooms, because during all the time I was there I never saw anyone. Moreover, they were convinced that we had not paid even though the payment had been made via the app, it was simply their oversight, adding the fact that they preferred cash to pay less tax. The check-out was also done over the phone, and they asked us to leave 4.20 euros for our stay under the keyboard of the office computer, which was open to everyone, where logically there was no one. Regarding the condition of the rooms, they can be described as basic; only one towel was provided, and the room was not very clean with a constant noise coming from the pipes, but it did have air conditioning and a functioning TV. As for the bathroom, it was shared, with tiles coming off, no rugs and also dirty. It is located in a great spot, but it needs a participating and welcoming staff. If they improved these points, it would be a great place.

Horrible mattress. There is no parking.

Good location, close to the center and 10 minutes from Bologna Centrale station, although the buses were heard. On the first day, the shutter did not work, we had to notify and the next day they fixed it. We would have appreciated some blankets and more pillows. The mattress was quite soft, they should change them. Communication with the host was difficult, we had to write to him several times to remind him that our reservation included breakfast, and we were worried because he did not respond, or when he responded he did not make it clear.

Clearly renovated by someone unlicensed, very unprofessional, which unfortunately matches the host's attitude. Unable to contact for check-out, so I just had to leave the keys in the door and go. Would not recommend at all.

Structure ok, management not so much. I booked a double room with private bathroom but I was given a room with a shared bathroom, as the first one was already occupied. "The website must have made a mistake. Oh well." Subsequently we pointed out to the manager that we had still paid 85€ on-site, which is the price of the room with private bathroom, quite different from the one with a shared bathroom. However, this money difference was not refunded to us. Also, there was supposed to be a mini fridge in the room, but it was not there, unfortunately it had just broken. The breakfast that was supposed to be included, being a Bed and Breakfast, was neither provided nor ever mentioned, not even a bottle of water. In conclusion, we were provided with only one large towel per person, were we supposed to use that for body, face, and intimate parts according to them? Luckily we had our own.

We were two people, for a business trip, great place, friendly manager immediately available, I really recommend it for those who just want to spend 1 weekend.

Simply awful! It is sold with breakfast included but in reality there is no breakfast. Dirty and malodorous room. The provided towels (one per person) are placed on the bed completely wet! Shared bathrooms with other rooms, in my opinion never cleaned. Non-functioning heating and broken windows (so it's freezing). Nightmare experience.

I'm sorry to give such a low rating but alas, it is what I thought during my stay at the Galleria del Reno bed & breakfast. I find the cost of 50 euros to be excessive for what the property offers, especially in terms of cleanliness and services: the towels provided consisted only of a bath towel; neglect of furnishings but above all poor hygiene with communal bathrooms shared with other rooms (which I had not fully understood, as it was not clearly specified, despite selecting "en-suite bathroom" as a filter in the search engine, otherwise I would not have confirmed the reservation); noisy; breakfast on Sunday was not prepared or provided as it was a public holiday with everything closed, despite it being included in the price. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it. Luana.

Very cozy and clean room.

If you don't expect much, this bed and breakfast will suit you. The location is optimal in relation to the various points of interest in the city, the room is not the cleanest but you can still adapt. The bathrooms are clean, remember to bring shampoo and shower gel as they are not provided. It's fine for three days. Breakfast is served downstairs at the bar, decent on average.

The B&B is located in an apartment about 10 minutes from the center. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar that is closed on Sundays (so we could only have one breakfast out of two). There are only 3 rooms. The owner is not very visible but answers the phone. When we arrived, they asked us how much we had booked the room for, as if there were no fixed prices. Overall, I would give a more than adequate rating though.

Kindness, friendliness, and punctuality of reception are among the credentials of the structure which, in terms of location with respect to the FS station, cleanliness, and comfort, is certainly worth revisiting. The breakfast service with meal vouchers at the bar below, Carlo, is also excellent. Congratulations.

The structure is located exactly halfway between the station and the city center, both easily reachable. Clear indications, we had no difficulty in finding the entrance. The area is quiet even when returning late. The double room was large and spacious, also equipped with a small balcony for smokers. Impeccable cleanliness both in the room and in the services, there were other guests but we did not even notice them. The breakfast formula is the one adopted by many bed and breakfasts nowadays, that is, they gave us a voucher to go outside. The bar is located right next to the building, well-maintained, large, and frequented by local people. The staff was very kind. The owner is a guy who was really friendly. On the day of departure, we were able to leave our suitcases until eight in the evening while keeping the keys to retrieve them, they were not excessively strict even for the check-out (we were half an hour late) and we were in telephone contact for any problems or warnings. As for unique defects, I would point out the shared bathroom, which can be uncomfortable especially for older guests. It was not for us, on the contrary. In the end, we paid less than other bed and breakfasts, and we did not even notice the other guests, it was like having it private. And then the fact that they provide only one shower towel, so I would recommend bringing others from home. Overall, we were really satisfied.

Large B&B, the manager has a great personality and is available for everything. The cleaning is refined and there are all the comforts. I had a great time, it is close to the station and at the same time in the center, with stops under the structure. I was very happy and I will definitely go back.
