Fiera Otto guest house is a welcoming and well-maintained establishment with two spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. One quadruple room with an en-suite bathroom, and one double room with a private bathroom exclusively for the room's use. Both rooms are equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, bath and bed linen, hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. A fridge and a microwave are available to all guests.
Our guest house is strategically located, being only 700m from the Fiera District, 500m from the Unipol Auditorium, and 800m from the Teatro Europa Auditorium, making it ideal for those coming to Bologna for business, pleasure, and well-being. The Sant'Orsola Hospital is reachable in a few stops with BUS 60, and the Maggiore Hospital with line 39.
Near our guest house, guests can visit Fico, the historic center of Bologna, the university area, and the famous Porticos, where they will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge. The Parco Nord is 2.2 km away and can be reached in a few minutes with line 25.
It is also ideal for parents visiting their children studying at the University of Bologna, as the Campus Bologna Alma Mater is 500m from our guest house, and Beyoo Laude Living - Student Accommodation is 550m away. There are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and six supermarkets in the surrounding area.

Fiera Otto is 5 minutes from exit 7 Bis of the Bologna ring road and has free parking upon reservation and availability. Free parking is also available nearby from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the establishment, and parties are not allowed, nor are guests allowed in the rooms. There are two payment methods: payment of 30% of the entire stay through a bank transfer and the rest to be paid in cash at check-in, or payment of the entire stay in cash at check-in. After payment, we will hand over the keys to guests so they can return at any time of the night.
It is important to respect the privacy of others and not make noise. I am a working woman, so I kindly ask my guests to communicate their arrival time in advance. Great structure in terms of location and value for money, the bus stop to the city center (station area) is 20 meters away, from where you can reach it in 5 minutes or in 20 minutes on foot. The lady who manages it is very helpful and polite. The room is unadorned but equipped with all the comforts with a bathroom in the room, do not expect a 5-star hotel but a simple place where you can do everything you need. Recommended.

Mrs. Linda is kind, very accommodating, and very welcoming. She met all our needs during the stay. The location of the property is convenient for the fair (about 10 minutes on foot), the area is well-equipped with a supermarket nearby, restaurants, and a bus stop practically at the doorstep. The room used was welcoming and comfortable. It has an en-suite bathroom, television, and hydromassage shower. The short stay was pleasant in an unexpectedly "retro" atmosphere. Great welcome from Linda who immediately made us feel at ease, also offering us a welcome coffee. There was a problem with the hot water that could not be resolved within the duration of our stay, but Linda promptly informed us with a message while we were in the city center, and to make up for it she offered us breakfast at the bar nearby the B&B. Thank you again Linda!

Spacious room with private bathroom in a residential area of Bologna, 2 km from the center, so quite convenient. The room had a bit of a musty smell, evidently it had been closed for a long time. The sockets were a bit inconvenient (at least for my side of the bed), they were high up, so I had to leave my phone hanging to charge it. The air conditioning was fine, necessary for Bologna in the summer. The area is full of mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito coils if you want to open the windows (the bathroom one has a mosquito net but the bedroom one does not). The room is large enough for four beds, but in front of the wardrobe, there is a desk, so it can only be used partially. The second bedside lamp was burnt out and the TV picked up about 10 channels. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower and a toilet with an electric pump like on an airplane (never seen that in an apartment, to be honest). However, there were shower products and shampoo and soap for hands. The room is on the second floor without an elevator. The lady prepared coffee for us and left cold water and we were able to use the fridge. Additionally, we had WiFi available. Overall, it was fine for one night, definitely for Bologna it is an economical room without too many pretensions.

I had already stayed here in 2018, I rebooked a bit randomly realizing later that I had already been at Mrs. Linda's. The B&B has proved once again a confirmation. Very spacious room, with all the comforts, air conditioning, TV sofa, chairs, table, wardrobe, absolutely nothing is missing. Excellent bathroom, large, nice big shower. The structure is reachable by bus 21 outside the station and the stops to and from the station are right in front of the building. A few steps away there is a pizzeria and also the Lidl supermarket if you need to buy something. Excellent cleanliness, possibility to use the common fridge located outside the rooms. Super quiet environment. Mrs. very kind as always.

Just over 10 minutes from the central station and the city center, nice bed and breakfast with all the comforts. Bed and, above all, very comfortable pillows. The lady is very kind. Recommended to everyone.

Cozy room and excellent location near the Fiera. The furniture is antique but the room has all the comforts and the price is really competitive, a great deal! The lady who welcomed my parents was very kind and helpful. Definitely if I have to come back to Bologna I will book again at Fiera Otto :)

We stayed for one night at the beginning of our bicycle trip. We slept well and left early in the morning. The host was nice and quickly found a solution when we didn't have enough cash to pay. There are no ATMs nearby, so remember to bring enough!

The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Near the accommodation there is bus 21 station which will take you to Bologna Centrale (train station) in 10 minutes, by walk is 20 minutes. Near to the accommodation there is Lidl market. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and always have clean towels. You have a fridge and microwave at your disposal. Great experience. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very kind and helpful manager. Well served by public transport. Great location for Fiera Otto.

The structure is really very comfortable for the center and the owner is of an invaluable kindness. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit dated, but very clean, and during the night of our stay there must have been a problem with the plumbing system, so there was not a good smell.
