Ideally positioned for the station, just the place for an overnight stop between the plane and train. The room is quite large and would probably be ok for a couple of days in Bologna, its about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Clean and well decorated but let down by little defects such as the basin plug not working and a shower head you have to hold in your hand as the bracket is loose.

Very nice room, new and clean. Not very soundproof and pillows not too comfortable. Great location and self check-in simple and functional. Convention with bar not great, asked for a supplement of 1.90€ for a pastry instead of a croissant.

A bed and breakfast that is well located if you arrive by train or are going to other cities because it is next to the station. From the center it is about 10-15 minutes walk. Elena is very kind, she provides you with tickets to have a small breakfast at the downstairs cafeteria (by the way, not very friendly at the cafeteria) and also helped us by booking a taxi for the return to the airport as we were leaving very early. It is very clean, there are teas and a kettle available if you wish, and complimentary water bottles when you arrive. Thank you Elena.

The structure is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mrs. Elisa who, after quickly handling the check-in process, showed me the room and explained the operation of doors, keys, etc. The room upon my arrival was pleasantly warm, spacious, and clean. Two bedside tables with a lamp, power socket near the bedside tables and the desk with a chair, wall-mounted TV, slightly uncomfortable bed, comfortable pillows, fridge, space to hang clothes and shelves to place various items, two luggage racks, spacious bathroom with a window and a door that leads to a small balcony. The B&B is quiet, also thanks to the good manners of the other guests. In the room, there is also an electric kettle with cups, tea or herbal tea bags, sugar, candies, teaspoons, a very useful map of the center of Bologna. The B&B is very close to the train station and the bus stop. Near the B&B, there are tobacco shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzerias, vending machines for drinks, snacks, pharmacy, and a supermarket. Breakfast is available at two bars near the B&B. We chose the River bar, the bartender was helpful and told us that we had two euros each for breakfast and so we had to pay a small difference. The breakfast is a bit poor, as you can only have a simple croissant and a coffee. For a juice, a fresh juice, or a tea, you need to pay the difference. The room is not cleaned and tidied up daily, but I already knew this because it was indicated in the B&B's features. However, I believe that a minimum of daily tidying up should be done, making the bed and tidying up the bathroom would give remarkable prestige to the structure. The wifi was intermittent, perhaps due to bad weather. The quality-price ratio is slightly high, however, I believe that in my next stay in Bologna I will consider this structure again.

Comfortable B&B in a strategic location, 2 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes from the historic center. Price a bit high, probably due to events and essential breakfast. Recommended!

The property is clean and decent, very close to the station and the center of Bologna. I found it uncomfortable to have the bathroom outside the room, even though private (but the manager had told us it was so), and I found the room very noisy because it was adjacent to another apartment rented, apparently to students who until late at night were shouting and making a lot of noise. Additionally, on the day of departure, our 9-year-old son who was terribly needing to pee, the manager prevented him from doing so because the rooms had been reassigned, except that it was Monday and therefore I don't think they had all been really reassigned, but then to stop a child who is feeling unwell from peeing on himself, maybe you could let him. In a hotel he could have done it. Next time we will definitely choose a hotel.

The rooms are wonderful, cozy, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the breakfast, which only includes croissants and a hot drink to be consumed at the adjacent bar. Otherwise, great location and connections to the city.

A short walk from the Central Station, comfortable, clean and cheerfully decorated rooms, large bathroom with sensory shower. The owner is very kind and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

Very friendly welcome, both for the rooms and breakfast. Breakfast is not comprehensive enough for those accustomed to a more substantial meal at the beginning of the day; however, the croissants and coffee are excellent.

Room located on the 4th floor in a building with a small elevator. Comfortable room, nicely furnished. The bathroom with a window is very nice and the bed is definitely comfortable. Good location very close to the station. Friendly and helpful staff. For breakfast, there is the option to choose between two bars, among which I recommend the one closer to the station. Perhaps the only flaw is that via Amendola is a bit noisy, also due to the pizzeria below. However, a structure that I recommend and where I will return.

A stone's throw from Bologna station. Pleasant surprise on arrival, very beautiful and detailed. The owner is very kind and helpful in helping us with transportation and where to eat. The room is bright, tastefully furnished, the linen is clean and finally a bed where you can sleep well. I will definitely recommend it and when I return to Bologna I will know where to sleep.

Our stay at DormiRe Bologna was excellent. The room is very comfortable, larger than we expected, and very beautiful. The area, near the station, is very convenient for visiting the historic center and easily accessible. Parking is available for a fee, and breakfast is at the bar next to the property. Very kind staff.

Beautiful rooms in this B&B with an excellent location. I had the pleasure of staying in the San Luca room: spacious, modern, beautiful finishes, warm, clean, and bright. The location is strategic: 1 minute walk from the station, 10 minutes walk from the center, excellent sushi restaurant (for sushi lovers) one minute walk away. The B&B manager is kind, helpful, and always ready to meet the guest's needs. Breakfast is provided at the bar next door and the quality is decent. I will return. Recommended.

I had a very pleasant weekend at the 'DormiRe Bologna' property, excellent in every way. Wonderful, quiet, tastefully furnished and spacious room. The owners are kind and very helpful, as well as their employee who is always available and kind. The location is excellent, 100 m from the station, very close to the center and with a very convenient bus stop right in front to reach, for example, the Rizzoli hospital. The value for money is more than excellent.
