Cozy first floor apartment with independent entrance.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
Overall it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace and garden and there is availability for two parking spaces.
The double bedroom, very spacious, has a huge wardrobe with mirror.
The bed has, attached to the structure, the chest of drawers with night lamps on it combined with the chandelier.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
There is a large wardrobe and a desk, with good lighting and electrical outlet.
On request it is possible to add a cot.
The elegant living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, allows you to relax in total tranquility, also given the presence of curtains and borders in the ceiling, which create a relaxing atmosphere.
The bathroom, equipped with all sanitary fittings and towels and hairdryer, has a very spacious shower box.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishes, glasses and pots. Present recipe books that can be consulted.
There is a wooden dining table for 5 and TV.
On request we can add a high chair for the little ones.

Outside there is a garden, equipped with a gazebo, sun lounger, sauna and barbecue where you can spend wonderful days in total serenity.
"Del Veig" is located along via Stradone, a very wide road that allows you to quickly reach the main infrastructures (motorways or construction sites).
It is an excellent opportunity because it is a few kilometers from the famous seaside resort of Cesenatico and a few kilometers from Cesena.
To remember the famous festivals and events that are celebrated every year in the area, such as the Pink Night, the Nove Colli, the Christmas markets and the many festivals throughout the year.
For lovers of trekking and mountain biking, famous areas to visit are the pine forest of Cervia and the first hills 10 km away.
In the area there are the main services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
A few steps from the house there is the bus stop:
148 to go to Cesena;
112 to go to Cesenatico.
