Staying at Simonetta's B&B Dalla Nonna is an experience that goes far beyond a simple overnight stay. I stayed here from October 4th to October 8th and, when it was time to leave, I left this place very reluctantly. I think that already says a lot about the quality of the hospitality I received. Simonetta stands out from the very beginning for her great helpfulness, even offering to pick you up at the station or the airport: a gesture that immediately shows how much attention and care she puts into welcoming her guests. From the first moment she makes you feel welcome, opening the doors of her B&B with a naturalness and spontaneity that make you feel at home right away, as if you had come to visit an old friend. The management is calm, informal and without unnecessary formalities: here you do not feel like customers, but like people happily welcomed. The rooms, furnished with charm and personality, have a cozy, family atmosphere, far from the coldness of some impersonal places. Every detail helps create that sense of tranquility and familiarity that makes the stay truly pleasant. But the real added value is Simonetta herself. Her empathy, sensitivity and ability to connect with people really make the difference. She knows how to listen, understand guests' needs and make them feel at ease without ever being intrusive. It is that rare ability to welcome with the heart, as well as with professionalism, that turns a simple stay into a lovely memory to take home. In a world where everything is often standardized and impersonal, finding a place where a smile, helpfulness and the genuine pleasure of meeting people still matter is a small luxury. At Simonetta's you arrive with a suitcase and leave with the feeling of having found a home away from home. After four such pleasant days, I left reluctantly, with the awareness that I was not leaving just a room, but a place where I had felt truly well. One tip? Go there! The only risk is that, in the end, you will want to come back… and perhaps ask Simonetta to pick you up at the station next time.

Everything was perfect... The lady was very kind.

In the property managed by Mrs. Simonetta Rizzo at Via Provaglia 7 in Bologna I had a very bad experience because I slept on wooden boards with only a thin mattress on top. Every morning I woke up with back pain and I did not understand why. I later noticed that there was no slatted bed base but a wooden board. The property lacked a proper bathroom set; there were only face towels. I basically dried my face with a towel that someone before me had used for intimate areas, hygiene was nonexistent. This is unacceptable after booking a room with a bed for 300 euros. I also asked the owner for a refund but it was denied. I do not recommend this property.

I stayed at Affitta Camera Dalla Nonna and had a great experience. The property is very well maintained, extremely clean, well cared for and welcoming. I also went with my dog and we were welcomed without any problems. The owner was very kind, helpful and attentive. It is a quiet bed and breakfast with a pleasant, family atmosphere. The price is also excellent compared to the quality of the service offered. Very positive experience, I definitely recommend it.

Mrs. Simonetta was really very kind. Nevertheless, the experience was not among the best. Not very clean, in a terrible neighborhood. Very dirty kitchen, dishwasher full of mold and dirt. The price is really low, but I do not recommend it.

Simoneta was attentive to every detail and the accommodation was perfect. If I returned to Bologna I would book this accommodation again. Everything was perfect.
