Our R&B "La Melagrana" is located on a hill 10 kilometers from Brisighella, providing a serene and scenic setting. This house, dating back to 1890, has been renovated to high standards to preserve the architecture of the era, blending the charm of the past with modern comfort.
Nestled in a unique nature reserve, "La Melagrana" is close to medieval towns such as Brisighella, Faenza, Forlì, and Ravenna. The nearest train station is just 7 minutes away, allowing direct access to Florence in 75 minutes, and the coast of Cesenatico is also within a 75-minute reach.
Our establishment is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful and unspoiled environment. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being near the cultural treasures of the region. During the summer, the gentle breeze makes your stay especially enjoyable.
Surrounded by a spacious park with free parking, our residence offers stunning views of the valley from the terrace. The swimming pool, situated slightly higher up, is a secluded and sheltered area where you can unwind among pomegranate trees.
We have three rooms, each with its own bathroom, equipped with high-speed internet. We have chosen not to include televisions to encourage our guests to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

I, Jurgen Spriestersbach and my wife Anke, are great lovers of Italian culture and lifestyle. In May 2024, our dream came true and we moved to Italy. We have found a beautiful property and are delighted that it offers us the opportunity to make it available to guests. Although we live in the house ourselves, we really value our privacy. For us, the basis for successful cooperation is respect and consideration for the needs of others. As the well-being of our guests is very important to us, we offer high-quality food for breakfast, excellent and very large mattresses for optimal sleep and the opportunity for treatments with Anke, who works as a naturopath.

We stayed as a couple for one night. Excellent welcome, the owners are very kind. We slept very well, the double bed with topper is very comfortable. Bathroom in the room, with shower. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory. The B&B is new, well taken care of in the details, clean. They have wifi throughout the property, the only thing is that you can't make calls because there is no signal.
