We are located in the heart of the historic center, in one of the quietest and more distinguished area of Ravenna, but you can get here in front of the house with your car and park it along the way, it costs EUR 0, 50 per hour from 8 am to 6: 30 pm. Parking is free from 6: 30 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. Only about 120 meters far from the B&B there is a large car park with a daily rate of just EUR 1, 50. You can find also a covered car park with video surveillance at about 400 meters.

Our Host was very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick us up by the train station.
We loved the Ravenna book he gave us as a welcoming gift.
Rooms were big, beds were confutable.

Struttura non recentissima ma accogliente e molto pulita.
Situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e con parcheggio a pagamento (economico) vicinissimo e un grande parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. L'host è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il gestore è gentilissimo, disponibile e cordiale: abbiamo chiesto, ad esempio, come andare a Sant'Apollinare in Classe e subito ci ha proposto di usare le sue biciclette per cui abbiamo anche fatto una bella pedalata. Siamo stati molto contenti.

Complessivamente soddisfatti. Siamo stati accolti da Giorgio, gentilissimo, e anche Gabriele si è dimostrato altrettanto gentile servendoci la colazione e permettendoci di tenere i bagagli in struttura fino alla nostra partenza.
La posizione è ottima, così come la struttura in sé. Uniche pecche sono le pochissime prese in camera e lo spessore dei muri. Se si ha la sfortuna di avere vicini rumorosi è come se li si avesse in stanza.

Siamo stato qui una notte. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e personale gentilissimo, cortese e disponibile all’inverosimile. Posto situato in un punto strategico, quindi è facile raggiungere le mete principali a piedi. Lo stra consiglio!

Una notte in questa struttura per una visita di due giorni nella bellissima città di Ravenna. Siamo stati bene.
Padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile.
Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro per cui si può girare comodamente a piedi e visitare i monumenti con tranquillità, senza l'assillo del parcheggio. Esperienza da consigliare.

R&B situato in un quartiere tranquillo ed in ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico ed ai principali siti da visitare a Ravenna. Dalla stazione dista circa 20 minuti a piedi, ma per chi arriva in treno il proprietario si rende disponibile a venir a prendere gli ospiti. La Camera arancio, dover abbiamo alloggiato io ed il mio fidanzato, è ampia, arredata in modo semplice ed è provvista di cassaforte ed aria condizionata.
Bagno anch'esso ampio, dotato di campioncini doccia/shampoo e phon. Consiglierei di mettere una tenda doccia intorno alla vasca, in modo tale da evitare “il lago” dopo aver usato il doccino.
La colazione (all'italiana e piuttosto basic) viene servita direttamente dal proprietario signor Giorgio, persona molto gentile.
Se si hanno richieste extra, rispetto a quello che viene proposto, bisognerebbe chiedere; a tal proposito avrei preferito trovare un piccolo buffet dove potersi servire da soli.
Wi-Fi gratuito che a volte però aveva il segnale debole se non assente.
Disponibile servizio di deposito bagagli.
Convenzione con una serie di ristoranti, dove basta presentare la cartina turistica, con il timbro della struttura, e verrà applicato uno sconto del 10%.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Sicuramente da tener in considerazione per una prossima visita a Ravenna.

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, dista 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Ravenna (dove è possibile prendere il pullman per raggiungere il mare, consiglio Marina di Ravenna) dove camminando è possibile attraversare Ravenna antica in connubio con Ravenna moderna. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa da parte del gestore che ci ha fatto sentire a casa ed è una cosa importantissima per noi! La stanza molto curata nei dettagli e pulitissima. La gentilezza del Sig. Giorgio è una cosa rara di questi tempi, unica pecca secondo me è stata la colazione, i cornetti che sembravano freschi ogni mattina erano un po' congelati, ma tutto il resto davvero eccellente! Grazie infinite di vero cuore, continuate cosi.

Il gestore: splendido, gentilissimo, ottima accoglienza, preciso, suggerisce i locali dove cenare, da visitare ecc, al Top! Del resto anche la sua struttura, dalle stanze alla pulizia alla colazione! Il proprietario Giorgio è davvero una persona molto gentile e disponibile. E tutto molto familiare dalla colazione alle camere, pulizia impeccabile. La struttura è posta in una situazione strategica vicinissima al centro, si riesce a raggiungere tutto in poco tempo. Se dovessi tornare a Ravenna tornerei sicuramente li.

Struttura accogliente in zona centrale tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. La "perla di Labuan" come si suol dire è costituita dal roprietario sig. Giorgio che io qualifico con tre semplici aggettivi: concreto, gentile, disponibile; in sostanza un galantuomo di altri tempi di cui oggi si è perso, purtroppo, lo stampo. Cordialità. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione del B&B Day 2013 e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Il gestore sig. Giorgio è una persona squisita e gestisce il B&B in maniera impeccabile.
Ottima la colazione, bella la stanza, pulita e confortevole.
La zona in cui è situata la struttura è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro della città.
Ravenna poi è un gioiellino.
Insomma, che dire: consigliatissimo.
