Description
We offer two private rooms in our restored country house, surrounded by a beautiful park and equipped with a swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished and represent the authentic warmth of a lived-in country home. Our location is very convenient, less than a minute from the Valsamoggia exit of the A1 Mi-Bo motorway and only 12 minutes from Bologna airport.

Breakfast will be carefully prepared and served in our spacious lounge. You can relax in our garden with a swimming pool or play with Bonnie, our dog, who is the house mascot.

The room has an area of 25 square meters and is equipped with a double bed. You can enjoy a splendid view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. In the relaxation area, you will find a comfortable sofa, a large table, and a wardrobe to store your clothes. We also provide a bookshelf with a selection of books for reading. The bathroom is private and located directly in the room, it is brand new.

On hot summer days, you can relax in the garden or take a dip in the pool. Please note that the use of the kitchen is not allowed, but you will find a small refrigerator in your room to store your food.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 20 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 19 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are located in the open countryside, surrounded by nature, just 500 meters from the Valsamoggia exit of the A1 motorway; we are 1.5 km from Via Emilia, a historic road that connects Bologna to Modena; it is necessary to have a car or means of transportation to reach our facility.

Beautiful countryside property with a pool. With only 2 rooms, tranquility is guaranteed. Nicola and his parents are very kind, welcoming, and available to recommend places to visit and trattorias/restaurants where you can have dinner. Extremely convenient location to visit Modena and Bologna. We will definitely come back.

I stayed in October when maybe the bed and breakfast is less appealing due to the slightly gray weather, but I was happy. Very clean and excellent hospitality. It is in a perfect location, just 10 minutes away, for those like me who are going to the Arena di Casalecchio for an event.

It is a beautiful country house structure but close to the A1 exit of Bologna Valsamoggia which is already an added value for those who travel and want a stop. But this is reductive, you feel like staying as the environment is welcoming, the pool, the airy well-furnished rooms, the abundant breakfast, and above all the kindness and hospitality of the owners. Wonderful stay in a structure immersed in greenery, very quiet, guarantee of true relaxation. Very clean room, inside a beautiful farmhouse furnished with taste. Very friendly, attentive and very kind managers. Great location near the highway exit.

Beautiful farmhouse (outside, the hall is beautiful) just a few minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Bologna, very clean, very large room and new bathroom, kind and helpful hosts. They recommended us an excellent restaurant with fair prices. Everything perfect.

What a lovely place is Ca'ssoletta 56! We had such a wonderful stay. Nicola and his parents are very friendly, welcoming and sweet people. Thank you so much for everything- We hope to come back in the future! Great location between Bologna and Modena, very nicely decorated, clean, great beds, spacious room and great breakfast, delicious home made cake! and so nice they bought special soya drinks for my vegan daughter. Highly recommended!

Struttura splendida; ottima la pulizia così come l'arredo curato nei minimi particolari. La posizione del B&B è perfetta: 10 minuti da aeroporto, 15 minuti dal centro di Bologna, perfetto per una visita al Ducati Lamborghini museo. I gestori, marito e moglie sono due splendide persone che ti mettono subito a propio agio. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione, essendo partiti molto presto non l'abbiamo gustata presso la struttura, ma la signora ci ha preparato un sacchetto a testa da portare via. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wahnsinnig bemühten Betreibern, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen! Super schöne, extrem saubere Zimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem autobahnnah, ideal für Ausflüge nach Bologna, Modena oder Maranello. Frühstück fast schon unitalienisch üppig, super! Alles in allem eine ganz hervorragende Unterkunft, die wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Cà Ssoletta 56 è un luogo magico. In posizione tranquilla tra le belle campagne dell'Emilia Romagna e non distante dal casello autostradale di Valsamoggia, sarete accolti da dei veri padroni di casa, ospitali e simpatici. La casa è sublime, è una bellissima dimora, troverete delle ampie stanze, con dei letti comodissimi e dotate di bagno privato. La colazione è ottima, ricca e prelibata. Questo posto non è solo da consigliare, ma da segnalare come top B&B, se passate di lì non perdete quest'opportunità!

Entrare in questa struttura è come tuffarsi in una favola. Là dove tutto è possibile. Raffinatezza, fascino, gusto nell'arredamento e nell'impiego di ogni dettaglio. L'accoglienza dei padroni di casa è ineccepibile, anzi calorosa. Ti sembra di essere in famiglia. Non temo di esagerare nel dire che qui si rasenta davvero la perfezione!

Excellent accueil et la structure est formidable. Très bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute et de l'aéroport, sans en avoir les nuisances. Piscine et jardin magnifiques, les lits très confortables dans de grandes chambres. Propriétaires très agréables et sympathiques. À refaire sans aucun doute pour un prochain voyage dans la région.

Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in relax, distante dal caos della città ma allo stesso tempo a pochi km dal centro. Le camere sono arredate nei minimi dettagli, massimo confort, pulizia impeccabile. Prima colazione molto ricca, dal dolce al salato. I titolari sono molto cortesi, attenti al benessere dei clienti e molto disponibili. Sicuramente ritorneremo Un saluto a Natalia ed Arnaldo.
