Description

We offer two private rooms in our restored country house, surrounded by a beautiful park and equipped with a swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished and represent the authentic warmth of a lived-in country home. Our location is very convenient, less than a minute from the Valsamoggia exit of the A1 Mi-Bo motorway and only 12 minutes from Bologna airport.

Breakfast will be carefully prepared and served in our spacious lounge. You can relax in our garden with a swimming pool or play with Bonnie, our dog, who is the house mascot.

The room has an area of 25 square meters and is equipped with a double bed. You can enjoy a splendid view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. In the relaxation area, you will find a comfortable sofa, a large table, and a wardrobe to store your clothes. We also provide a bookshelf with a selection of books for reading. The bathroom is private and located directly in the room, it is brand new.

On hot summer days, you can relax in the garden or take a dip in the pool. Please note that the use of the kitchen is not allowed, but you will find a small refrigerator in your room to store your food.

We are located in the open countryside, surrounded by nature, just 500 meters from the Valsamoggia exit of the A1 motorway; we are 1.5 km from Via Emilia, a historic road that connects Bologna to Modena; it is necessary to have a car or means of transportation to reach our facility.

I stayed only one night with a friend and our children. The place is managed absolutely excellently and the owners have great communication. The house is located in the countryside and it is absolutely necessary to have a vehicle, which is why I gave an 8 for the location. As far as we are concerned, it was exactly what we wanted, a quiet place where we could relax by the pool with the kids and close to the Lamborghini museum (the reason for our visit).

Beautiful stay in a lovely setting. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect, if we really have to mention something for light sleepers: in the room facing the street you can hear the traffic if you sleep with the windows open. The room facing the garden, on the other hand, is better located for that. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Ca'ssoletta 56! Our host, Nicola, was very friendly and easy going. He speaks English fluently, by the way. The house is just wonderful, decorated and furnished in Italian countryside style. The rooms are situated on the first floor, there's no elevator. Our room was large, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom (connected to the room) was basic but modern and clean. We spent some lazy time at the pool in the garden. As dinner is not served in this accommodation, we went to a nearby village (5 min. by car) for a lovely dinner at Ristorante Lele. Breakfast was well sorted with fresh fruit, bread, ham, cheese, and homemade banana bread :) You can park your car right in front of the house behind the gate. Perfect for a couple of days to explore the area and visit Bologna or just for a night when traveling through as just a few minutes from the highway exit. We can highly recommend this accommodation. If you're looking for a personal touch and connection, you should definitely book here! You'll be in good hands!

Beautiful countryside property with a pool. With only 2 rooms, tranquility is guaranteed. It is a beautiful country house structure but close to the A1 exit of Bologna Valsamoggia which is already an added value for those who travel and want a stop. Beautiful property; excellent cleanliness as well as carefully furnished down to the smallest details. The location of the B&B is perfect: 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the center of Bologna, perfect for a visit to the Ducati Lamborghini Museum. The hosts, husband and wife, are two wonderful people who make you feel comfortable right away. Good value for money. Since we left very early, we did not have breakfast at the property, but the lady prepared a take-away bag for each of us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
