Description

Casinapepe is situated in the heart of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines. The property was entirely rebuilt in 2023 using innovative materials that ensure a high level of comfort. It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another for children with bunk beds, a living room with a kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances, and a smart TV with internet access. There is also a spacious bathroom with a large shower, a small private garden with a parking space and charging station for electric cars, and underfloor heating for the colder months.

From the house, trails lead to the sources of the Tiber and Savio rivers, along with other beautiful paths of varying difficulty. The hamlet of Montecoronaro has around 35 residents year-round, providing essential services such as grocery stores, a bar, and a trattoria. Although it fills up with tourists in the summer due to the excellent festivals organized by the local pro-loco, the area remains very charming throughout the rest of the year.

It was a wonderful 3 nights and 4 days! The owner Cristina is really very kind and friendly and has made the house ultra-modern with every comfort.
