CasAvesella

CasAvesella is a Holiday House located in the historic center of Bologna. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been completely renovated in mid-2021.
In the '50s this apartment was a furniture restoration store, which then became one of the oldest Italian seats of Esperanto, the artificial language that had as its goal to unite people from all over the world. Now it has become a Holiday Home ready to welcome people from all over the world.
The Structure.
Inside the apartment you will find a living room with kitchenette, a TV with Netflix and a sofa bed with a comfortable 17cm memory foam mattress.
Crossing the corridor you enter the bathroom with a large shower flush with the floor of 120x80cm.
Continuing at the end there is a large walk-in closet with the bedroom next to it, equipped with a memory foam mattress to ensure maximum comfort.
Each room of the house has a refined design, with some handmade pieces of furniture that make the structure unique and peculiar.
Services and facilities.
The entire apartment has independent heating and air conditioning.
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, an induction hob, a combined microwave, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
In the utility room there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
In the bathroom you will find a hair dryer, soap for the shower and hands, toilet paper and towels of three sizes (small, medium and large).
Location.
The property is located 3 minutes walk from Via Indipendenza (the main street of the city center), 10 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and 11 minutes walk from Central Station.
We also offer advice on some restaurants where you can taste typical Bolognese dishes.
- How to reach us.
From the airport it is advisable to take the Marconi Express (People Mover) from the cost of €10, 00, which takes you to the Central Station AV (high speed) and then reach the structure on foot.
If you arrive by car, we recommend parking in one of the two guarded garages near the hotel: Ok Garage or Parcheggio G. T. (Please check opening and closing times).

CasAvesella is a structure suitable for all types of guests: from those who travel for work, to families and couples who want to visit this wonderful city.
City tax is included in the price.
The property has a Self Check-In service with access by code to open the front door.
We are always available to respond to every need and offer our guests the best experience possible.
CasAvesella is a non-smoking property, to smoke you must leave the apartment. A penalty of €100. 00 will be charged if smoking in the apartment.
If when booking with two guests you would like to request to use two separate beds, an extra charge of €15. 00 will be applied.
Pets of any size are accepted and they stay for free.
Children under 2 years stay for free, children between 2 and 4 years old pay 50% less.
