CasAvesella is a Vacation Home located in the heart of the Historic Center of Bologna. The apartment is on the ground floor and was completely renovated in mid-2021.
In the 1950s, this apartment was a furniture restoration workshop, which later became one of the oldest Italian headquarters of Esperanto, the artificial language that aimed to unite people from all over the world. Now it has become a Vacation Home ready to welcome people from around the world.

The property.
Inside the apartment, you will find a living room with a kitchenette, a TV with Netflix, and a sofa bed with a comfortable 17cm memory foam mattress.
Crossing the hallway leads to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower measuring 120x80cm.
At the end of the hallway, there is a spacious walk-in closet with the adjacent bedroom, equipped with a memory foam mattress for maximum comfort.
Each area of the house features a refined design, with some artisanal furniture pieces that make the property unique and distinctive.

Services and amenities.
The entire apartment has autonomous heating and air conditioning.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction hob, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, and everything needed for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
In the storage room, there is a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, shower and hand soap, toilet paper, and towels in three sizes (small, medium, and large).

Location.
The property is a 3-minute walk from Via Indipendenza (the main street in the city center), 10 minutes from Piazza Maggiore, and an 11-minute walk from the Central Station.
Additionally, we offer recommendations for some restaurants where you can taste typical Bolognese dishes.

How to reach us.
From the airport, it is advisable to take the Marconi Express (People Mover) with a cost of €10. 00, which takes you to the AV Central Station (high-speed) and then walk to the property.
If arriving by car, we recommend parking in one of the two guarded garages near the property: Ok Garage or Parcheggio G. T. (please check the opening and closing hours).

CasAvesella is a suitable property for all types of guests: from those traveling for work to families and couples who wish to visit this wonderful city.
The tourist tax is included in the rate.
The property offers a Self Check-In service with access through a code to open the entrance door.
We are always available to meet every need and offer our guests the best possible experience.
CasAvesella is a non-smoking property, smoking is only allowed outside the apartment. A penalty of €100. 00 will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment.
In the case of a reservation for two guests, it is possible to request the use of two separate beds at an additional cost of €15. 00.
Pets of any size are allowed and stay for free.
Children under 2 years old stay for free, while children between 2 and 4 years old receive a 50% discount.
