Casa Zanardi

Casa Zanardi is a terraced house measuring 85 square meters, arranged over two levels and located within a private courtyard in a peaceful and quiet residential area of Ferrara. The spaces are designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay: on the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a sofa and a 55-inch LED TV, a kitchen with a dining room that accommodates six people, as well as a small hallway and a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms.

The house can accommodate up to four guests, with the option to add a fifth bed and a crib for younger children, making it suitable for both couples and families. Each guest is provided with towels, bed linens, and complimentary toiletries, while the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for all occupants. However, the use of a dishwasher is not included. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a pleasant welcome coffee or a selection of tea or herbal infusions.

The location is particularly convenient for exploring Ferrara on foot or via public transport. The property is situated a short distance from the historic city walls and just minutes away from some of the main cultural and monumental attractions, including Piazza Ariostea, the historic center, Palazzo dei Diamanti, the Cathedral, the Jewish Cemetery, Palazzo Schifanoia, the National Archaeological Museum, and the Urban Park.

In the vicinity, there are plenty of useful services for a practical and enjoyable stay: directly across from the house is a traditional Ferrarese bakery, and nearby, you can find cafes, a tobacco shop, a laundromat, a fish market, a butcher, and a pharmacy that is open 24 hours a day. Access to the private courtyard is allowed only on foot, but there are ample free parking spaces available in the surrounding areas, located about 50 meters from the house.
