I would say a pleasant surprise: a completely renovated studio in one of the "old houses" of Bologna, not to be understood negatively, but as a characteristic part of the city. The apartment is really nice, great for singles but also for couples (there is a bed with a slightly uncomfortable edge), the bathroom even though it does not have a jacuzzi is just fine. The place is well-ventilated; however, as summer progresses, I think the lack of air conditioning will be felt. Unfortunately, it is on the second floor and there is no elevator, but overall I highly recommend it, also considering the quality-price ratio. Then, for my needs, it is very close to my destination, which further leads me to a fully positive assessment. Flaws? Well, the doorbell would be better with the name of the B&B instead of the owner's last name (by the way, the lady who welcomed me was very kind: she explained everything to me about the place and also about the city if I wanted) then a roll of toilet paper in the kitchenette and a bin in the bathroom; in short, one has to look for a flaw to make a criticism.

I booked this B&B for my parents and we are thrilled with the impeccable cleanliness, the availability and kindness of the owners. The location is perfect, away from the chaos but still convenient for getting around by public transport. Absolutely recommended!
