It is ideal for any type of stay, whether it be for couples, families with children, young people, athletes, or business travellers visiting the exhibition centre.
At Casa Stefania Rimini, you can enjoy your stay in complete freedom, just like at home without any schedules or constraints. Enjoy your independence and savour every comfort.
The property is located 2. 5 km from the exhibition centre, 10 minutes from the historic centre of Rimini, the railway station and all services. The building is newly built in 2020 with all the necessary measures for energy efficiency and climate protection.
For the safety of guests, the building does not have gas and therefore does not require a carbon monoxide detector. Everything is powered by electricity, and controlled mechanical ventilation is present in all rooms to have constantly refreshed and sanitized environments.
Every detail of the apartments has been designed to make our guests feel at home and comfortable, and to find in the apartment the same comforts as their own home.

I stayed in January. Spacious, easy to use. Even cold Rimini was comfortable thanks to the underfloor heating. The beds were firm but comfortable. In the affiliated restaurant, they also gave us a discount. The owner was very helpful and I would like to come back here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, beachfront location with the beautiful newly renovated promenade. The apartment lacks nothing, very clean and well furnished, also very quiet at night. The location is convenient for both bars and restaurants and for reaching the historic center of Rimini, 10 minutes on foot, but if you want to use public transport, the stop is 20 meters from the property. Recommended, we will definitely come back.
