Casa Stefania Rimini is located in Rivabella, Rimini, for a relaxing and fun stay in its exclusive position, just 20 metres from the sea. It is ideal for any type of stay, whether it be for couples, families with children, young people, athletes, or business travellers visiting the exhibition centre.
At Casa Stefania Rimini, you can enjoy your stay in complete freedom, just like at home without any schedules or constraints. Enjoy your independence and savour every comfort.
The property is located 2. 5 km from the exhibition centre, 10 minutes from the historic centre of Rimini, the railway station and all services. The building is newly built in 2020 with all the necessary measures for energy efficiency and climate protection.
For the safety of guests, the building does not have gas and therefore does not require a carbon monoxide detector. Everything is powered by electricity, and controlled mechanical ventilation is present in all rooms to have constantly refreshed and sanitized environments.
Every detail of the apartments has been designed to make our guests feel at home and comfortable, and to find in the apartment the same comforts as their own home.
Within a few metres you can find restaurants, rotisseries, bars, piadinerie, fruit and vegetable shops, and pharmacies. The property is located a few metres from the pedestrian zone, and the bus stop is 20 metres away. Free parking is available on the street.
The Riviera Romagnola is the area with the highest density of theme parks in Europe, all reachable by car or public transport.
Rimini is also a city full of culture and history. Posizione ottima, attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia, struttura nuova e moderna, arredata con gusto e di elevata qualità, molti locali carini nei dintorni. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito, e alta velocità. La posizione è comoda sia per i locali e ristoranti che per raggiungere il centro storico di Rimini 10 minuti a piedi, ma se si vuole utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, la fermata è a 20 metri dalla struttura. Consigliato, torneremo sicuramente.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, posizione fronte spiaggia con il lungo mare bellissimo appena rinnovato. Nell’appartamento non manca nulla, molto pulito e ben arredato, inoltre la notte è molto silenzioso. La posizione è comoda sia per i locali e ristoranti che per raggiungere il centro storico di Rimini, 10 minuti a piedi, ma se si vuole utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, la fermata è a 20 metri dalla struttura. Consigliato, torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione ottima, attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia, struttura nuova e moderna, arredata con gusto e di elevata qualità. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato, anche il seggiolone per la pappa, e perfino la casetta per intrattenere i bambini nel retro della casa in area esclusiva e recintata, siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo. Lo staff pronto a risolvere ogni piccolo intoppo con grande professionalità e serietà.
