Casa Panigale is a modern and bright apartment located in the peaceful and well-equipped neighborhood of Borgo Panigale, the heart of the famous Motor Valley. Perfect for a comfortable and practical stay, it offers free parking with an automatic gate and the option for self check-in, ensuring maximum independence for guests.

The apartment is situated on the first floor, accessible by elevator, and consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a French sofa bed, a master bedroom featuring a memory foam mattress and topper for ultimate comfort, and a contemporary bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Included amenities feature a 32-inch Smart TV in both the bedroom and living room, a washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron, along with bath linens and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils. The balcony overlooks a park and provides a relaxing area, which is also suitable for smokers.
