Casa Nina is a new accommodation facility that offers its guests four elegant double rooms for short-term rentals, each with a private bathroom and equipped with every comfort.
The facility is located on the third floor with an elevator in an exclusive building in the heart of the historic center of Bologna, just 50 meters from Piazza Maggiore. It is strategically positioned to easily reach the main points of interest and transportation services on foot.
The four double rooms feature hardwood floors, some have decorated ceilings, and they are air-conditioned and finely furnished with contemporary furniture and paintings. They offer a king-size bed, a large private bathroom with a hairdryer, a desk, free WiFi access, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a wardrobe.
Casa Nina provides linens and daily room cleaning service. There is also a paid service available for those who wish to have their linens changed daily.
Casa Nina offers its guests a living room and breakfast area, a fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, glasses, and cups - all made of glass or ceramic to minimize plastic consumption. Casa Nina provides purified water and glass bottles.
Among the renowned points of interest nearby, just a few hundred meters from Casa Nina, you will find Piazza Maggiore, which is the heart of Bologna and one of the oldest squares in Italy; Il Nettuno, the Basilica of San Petronio, the Asinelli Tower, and the Garisenda Tower, which are symbols of the medieval city, up to Piazza Santo Stefano and its seven churches, one of the most fascinating places in Bologna.
Close to Casa Nina, you will find via Indipendenza, the shopping district; the Quadrilatero, the most picturesque neighborhood in the historic center with its wine bars and trattorias serving Bolognese cuisine with outdoor seating; and the typical Mercato delle Erbe, which houses lounge bars and restaurants and is a meeting point.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nina! The room we stayed in was crisp and clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. Sonia is such a kind and friendly host, with helpful guides to help us best experience the city. We loved getting to meet the other guests around the breakfast table each morning. The location is wonderfully central, which means it does get loud late into weekend evenings. Not a problem for us but others might want to pick a less central location!

I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled that I chose Casa Nina Bologna Centro, an OUTSTANDING BnB, for my first visit to beautiful Bologna. Casa Nina Bologna’s FANTASTIC owner Sonia is always WONDERFUL! Sonia is an incredibly sweet, incredibly thoughtful and incredibly kind person who cares deeply about her guests’ complete happiness and comfort at her heavenly BnB. Sonia is a perfect host who treats each guest like a much loved family member! Sonia loves giving her guests all of the information they could possibly need to thoroughly explore, understand, enjoy and have fun in her wonderful native Bologna city. Casa Nina Bologna is a beautiful and lovingly maintained BnB, with top quality furnishings, that has an INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC central Bologna location only a few minutes from very popular wonderful Piazza Piazza Maggiore — where fabulous street singers are often found — and the very popular Fountain of Neptune. I love this magnificent BnB and I adore its FANTASTIC owner Sonia. I am stating the absolute truth by writing that Casa Nina Bologna is a complete joy to stay in. I am overjoyed that I chose to stay in Casa Nina Bologna Centro throughout this May 4 - May 12, 2024 week. I have already booked my second stay at Casa Nina Bologna in October 2024 and I am definitely planning a third stay at Casa Nina Bologna Centro next year in 2025!

What a show! We stayed with Sonia and our group. We had a wonderful stay! Sonia was an incredible host, who was very welcoming and informative! She provided us with information on the best restaurants to eat authentic Bolognese food, location areas for shopping, and even running spots. The rooms were very updated and clean. A beautiful structure in the heart of the historic center. The room is finely furnished, with great taste in terms of textiles and furniture, equipped with all the comforts, very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The common area is well organized and very welcoming. It's like being at home. Sonia is an affable and very kind person. She made herself available immediately for any request or need. Last but not least, the relationship between price, location, and comfort offered by the B&B is truly competitive! Absolutely recommended. I will gladly return.
