Casa Montanari is a small B&B with 2 rooms.

The 2 rooms have their own bathroom and are independent.

Living room (breakfast) is shared.

- 2 double rooms with double bed or 2 single bed, private bathroom and conditioned air. The private bathrooms are complete with shower and a hairdryer.

WiFi is free and available in all areas. A sweet Italian breakfast with croissants and coffee can be enjoyed daily. Breakfast free gluten available upon request.

The small B&B of Mrs. Mirna is very clean and tastefully decorated, the owner is helpful and kind. I can only recommend it for stays in Bologna, even if it's not within the walls, the center is easily reachable by public transport in less than 10 minutes and everything is within reach.

Professional and at the same time very friendly welcome, the breakfast is very rich and the other attentions such as endless coffee and tea options, fresh cake and other important details that made us feel good are much appreciated. The structure is outside the historic center but close to the path of the Gods' Way (which was our goal), easily reachable by bus from the station. The room met our expectations, spacious and clean, as well as the shared kitchen. Rich breakfast (choice of different packaged cookies, rusks and a cake, as well as yogurt, juices, tea, and coffee).

The owner was very helpful right from the start. The house was impeccable, the hygiene conditions were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay, both from an organizational point of view and in terms of the relationship with the owner, who indeed proved to be extremely professional and welcoming at the same time. Definitely recommended!

Just one night but the place is fantastic! Very clean, modern and with lots of ideas for decorating. Near the portico of San Luca, close to Maggiore, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes on foot. Abundant and excellent breakfast. Attention to all details. I recommend it! We had a really great time.

Super positive experience! Welcoming the guests is the owner Mirna, extremely helpful and very kind, but it is also the smell of fresh laundry and fabric softener that welcomes you! The structure is brand new, beautifully furnished but above all very clean. Spacious room with all the comforts including TV, hairdryer, shower kit, and welcome snacks. Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of filled croissants, biscuits, tarts, rusks, jams of various kinds, milk, fruit juice, and yogurt, all strictly from top brands. I absolutely recommend it and will gladly return.

Fantastic welcome. Casa Montanari B&B is close to the center (about 10 minutes walk), well furnished and detailed. Abundant breakfast. Large room with bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. The landlady, Mirna, is very kind and always available.

Excellent from all points of view. It's not right in the center, but it's perfect to reach the stadium.\n\nOnly two rooms, so very comfortable.

Mirna was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean and bright, with use of a balcony. Our room was large. The bed is not great, but ok. There were other guests, but we could barely hear them while in our room. Unfortunately, noise does transmit a bit from upstairs and also from common areas to the bedrooms. Breakfast is simple but fine. And there is a set up to heat your own milk and snacks on hand. Mirna greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco as we were on our honeymoon. The property is a little outside the center, but the walk in isn’t bad and there is decent bus service. The area is safe, and Via San felice is well traveled. Definitely recommend for either business or personal travel.

La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e ben collegata con i mezzi. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose, arredate con gusto e come i bagni molto pulite, accoglienti come la proprietaria che è sempre disponibile e premurosa. La colazione è varia e abbondante. A Casa Montanari ci si sente coccolati, sicuramente tornerò più che volentieri a pernottare lì quando andrò nuovamente a Bologna.

Confort, pulizia e gentilezza. Dopo un bel giro a Bologna riposarsi tranquillamente a Casa Montanari era un piacere. Arrivare alla Stazione Centrale o al centro città è molto facile, a piedi o in bus.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per motivi di lavoro per quasi due settimane e mi sono trovata benissimo, quasi come in vacanza. Ambiente piacevole e rilassante, profumato e pulitissimo, provvisto di tutto il necessario (angolo cottura, frigo, lavatrice). La proprietaria si dimostrata da subito molto gentile, discreta e disponibile. Veramente un ottima scelta!
