The apartment is located in a pleasant and quiet environment, is located just outside the historic center, easily reachable on foot in about ten minutes.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower with laundry area, kingsized bedroom, and a lovely terrace which leads to a small sunny garden. In the living room the sofa can be opened as a queen sized bed if needed.
If necessary I will be available for guests for any kind of information or advice.
In the apartment there are books and city maps.
Free bicycles are also available upon request.

Our experience with Casa Magnolia was extremely positive! We stayed for a weekend in September, from Friday to Sunday, and we couldn't have asked for more. The apartment is spacious, bright, and welcoming. At the entrance, the first sensations that strike the senses are the pleasant scent and the evident cleanliness of all areas. The bed is comfortable and ensured us two nights of deep sleep. A special thanks goes to Sara for her kindness and availability. The love and care she has for this apartment are evident.
