The Casa Ludovico Apartment is the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in Borgo Val di Taro, perfect for creating unforgettable moments with your loved ones. This cozy accommodation features a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Among the included amenities, you'll find a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV, and a washing machine. Upon request, a crib and a high chair can be provided for an additional fee of €10 per stay.

The apartment offers Wi-Fi, though it does not have air conditioning, and it also boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. Its strategic location allows easy access to pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, and public transportation. Guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the village and the surrounding hills.

Free parking is available in the front courtyard. Families with children are welcome; however, please note that the apartment may not be suitable for very young children due to the lack of safety devices. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited indoors, and parties are not permitted.

We had a really positive experience in this property. The house is comfortable and equipped with every service, with an impeccable level of cleanliness and Mrs. Caterina was very kind and helpful. The location is really convenient, especially for those traveling, being close to the station and just outside the center of the village. Moreover, the proximity to the river provides a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The price/quality ratio is good, considering the service offered. Definitely recommended for those looking for comfort and a strategic location in Borgo Val di Taro.
