Casa Luciano is a charming vintage-style apartment located in the heart of Bellaria, just a short walk from the beach and the town center. The space is meticulously maintained and in excellent condition. The retro furnishings add to the enchanting atmosphere of this place. It is the perfect option for a holiday, whether for couples, groups of friends, or families.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, a four-burner stovetop, a refrigerator, a sink, and utensils. You'll also find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table ideal for meals, and a 42-inch LED TV for your relaxing evenings. There is a bathroom with a shower and two generous bedrooms.

Additionally, a 5 kg washing machine is available, and air conditioning can be requested for an extra cost of €5 per day. Guests can enjoy two large terraces overlooking a quiet street. Casa Luciano is just a few minutes away from Viale dei Platani, the main shopping area, and the beautiful beach. Please note that the apartment provide bed linens or towels.

Great apartment in the center of Bellaria, everything as described. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms and two terraces. Just a few steps from the center and the convention center. Alessandro was very kind, he saved the parking spot in the adjacent parking lots for us. Excellent solution at a very affordable price. We will return in the summer.

The structure is equipped with all comforts, clean, tidy and very close to every point of the town. The manager of Casa Luciano is very kind, helpful and ready to assist you in any difficulty. If I were to return to the city, I would return to this structure with my eyes closed.

Comfortable for 5 people, clean, equipped with everything necessary, the air conditioning with a single split cools the whole apartment well. 700 meters from the beach. The only problem was that we had the dog and we had to take the car to go to the free beach 3.5 km away. Alessandro very helpful at any time.

Mi spiace per l'inconveniente del cane, fra l'altro docile e simpaticissimo, purtroppo non possiamo intervenire sui regolamenti regionali e comunali, ma sono felice che la vacanza sia stata piacevole.
