The wonderful country house "Casa Flosa", built at the end of the 1800s and recently renovated, is located in Medicina, a location situated between Emilia and Romagna. It offers modern and comfortable accommodations in the heart of a large tree-lined courtyard, immersed in total tranquility. It is only a 25-minute drive from the center and the Bologna Fair, 15 minutes from the Castel San Pietro Terme train station and 8 minutes from the A14 motorway, making it ideal for business, leisure, and relaxation trips.
The property is located in the countryside of Medicina, a short walk from the historic center of the village, where you can find bars, restaurants, and all the services you need. Just 300 meters away, there is the municipal swimming pool (open in summer and covered in winter), tennis courts, beach-tennis, beach-volley, beach-soccer and the skating rink. In addition, you can take pleasant walks in the surrounding countryside, admiring the splendid views of the Apennines.

Our structure offers a breakfast (to be requested within the day before arrival, with an additional cost for each guest) directly available in the room, in three formats of your choice: sweet breakfast (cake, jams), savory (cold cuts, cheeses) or mixed. There are also some drinks in the mini fridge (water, milk, fruit juice, yoghurt). Also in the room you will find everything you need to prepare coffee, tea, herbal teas and cappuccinos. An oasis of peace just outside the city center, surrounded by the nature of agricultural fields. Rooms renovated with taste between antique furniture and modern furnishings equipped with every comfort. The house is surrounded by well-kept greenery full of plants and flowers. Beautiful structure, quiet, clean and well furnished, I appreciated the possibility of making coffee, tea and other hot drinks even though we had not chosen the breakfast option, which in my opinion is a bit expensive, but maybe it is very rich so it could be worth the price. The communication with the manager of the structure was pleasant.

Location curated down to the smallest detail. A perfect blend of tradition (for the structure) and modernity (for the use of technologies that make booking, check-in, check-out, entrances, exits, etc... extremely fast and simple). You are immersed in the countryside, but within a couple of kilometers there are several restaurants and the town center of Medicina. Recommended!

Definitely a Casa Flosa B&B to consider if you want to stay in the area. The manager Franco is a nice person, pleasant company. The whole Casa Flosa B&B, with its well-kept details, is a more than pleasant solution, both for those passing through and for those who stay a little longer.
