Description
Our bed & breakfast is located in a two-story building that is exclusively owned by our family. On the second floor, my wife Elisa and I, whose name is dedicated to the bed & breakfast, have completely renovated an apartment where we have set up 4 rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a shared kitchen where breakfast is provided.
The apartment is furnished in a modern style with design elements, enhanced by a home automation system, internal insulation, and underfloor heating.
Each room, with its own unique features, is dedicated to the prestigious "gems" of the Motor Valley, allowing guests to feel a part of a region that has made engines its strong identity.
This building, where we have decided to reside for a few years, is a very special place for us: it was Elisa's grandfather's house, who was a carpenter. His work table, where you can still see the signs of time and his craftsmanship, will welcome you at our reception.

The sweet and savory breakfast is offered in the kitchen located on the same floor as the rooms. Guests can help themselves and use what is provided by the host, both in the fridge and on the kitchen shelves. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and is dedicated to breakfast. Additionally, the fridge has a small space dedicated to each room, where guests can independently store drinks or other items during their stay.

Casa Elisa is located in a residential neighborhood in a strategic position, not far from the historic center and the train station, both reachable in a few minutes' walk and directly connected to the property through the BUS line no. 7, which also connects the neighborhood to the Modena Polyclinic and the main university faculties. At the same time, there is easy access to the ring road that surrounds the city of Modena, and it is possible to park on the street in front without time constraints or payment. Additionally, the property has an internal courtyard where, subject to availability, parking can be reserved.
