you will feel at ease from the very beginning because the character is part of our sense of hospitality with which we maintain our guests.
However, we try to make your stay in our holiday home as most likely at home, playing the best of the true meaning of the holiday home, that is as at home.
there are no restrictions of time, each guest is given a set of keys in order to enter or exit at any time of day or night.
We also offer taxi service for all directions in the city or neighboring municipalities and from the airport and train station.
the check-in is performed from 10. 30 onwards until too late.
Rooms must be vacated by 10. 00 am or otherwise as agreed with the management.
Our rooms are all en-suite and equipped with all sanitary (toilet, shower, sink and bidet above).
the rooms are scrupulously clean by the owners
as well as bed linen and towels (salviatta bidet, face towel, bath towel) absolutely 100% cotton terry white.

Area Sant'Orsola
The B&B Casa di Giulietta is located on the square of Porta San Vitale, just inside the medieval walls that surround the historic center of Bologna, near the Bolognese university area.
In the immediate vicinity, we find the Sant'Orsola hospital right in front, the Villa Torri and Nigrisoli clinics 100 meters away, and the Rizzoli orthopedic institute 1000 meters away with a bus stop right in front of the house. It is 7-800 meters away from the 2 towers (Asinelli and Garisenda).
By walking along Via San Vitale, turning the corner of the square where the B&B Casa di Giulietta is located, you can immerse yourself in one of the historic streets of Bologna with many churches, local markets, and intact medieval architecture where you can enjoy the city life of this fascinating university city.
The Bologna train station is only 2 km away, easily reachable on foot by walking along Via San Vitale until you reach the 2 towers, and then continuing on Via Rizzoli where on your left you can admire Piazza Grande and the majestic San Petronio Cathedral, and Piazza del Nettuno where you will find Via Indipendenza, a fascinating street full of all kinds of shops, all the way down to the central station square.
The Bologna airport is a bit far to reach on foot, about 7-8 km, but by taxi or bus (BLQ from the central station) you will arrive in 10-15 minutes if it's not rush hour, otherwise the time it takes to reach it is just double.
In conclusion, the area is so well served that any destination is easily reachable by any means of transportation, including walking (as long as you wear comfortable shoes).

Great location at the end of one of the main streets of the city. The room, from the photos, seemed larger. It is, for example, equipped with only one bedside table instead of two, given the small size. Clearly, it is a structure mainly intended for those who need accommodation to easily reach the nearby hospital. A great bed and breakfast for those who do not have particular demands. Nonetheless, I feel like recommending it.

We stayed at Casa di Giulietta for three nights. We had a great time. The room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 3 people, the ensuite bathroom and the central location, or very close to the center, make it ideal. Recommended. Breakfast not available, but there is an excellent pastry bar nearby.

Angela and her husband are perfection! Very kind, very helpful and very nice, you couldn't ask for more! The studio is modern and very clean! It's just a step away from the center and even closer to Sant'Orsola (perfect for a leisure stay or for those who need to visit and reach the hospital quickly and easily). Struttura a due passi dal centro comoda confortevole con tutti i servizi in camera, frigo, aria condizionata, letto comodissimo e un bagno spazioso in camera. Pulizia impeccabile. Proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile.
Comoda per visitare tutte le università.
Comoda anche a livello di servizi come bar supermercati lavanderia ristoranti ecc.
Io ho pernottato 6 notti sono stato veramente come a casa.

Camera confortevole, spaziosa, calda e pulita! Ottima posizione per la vicinanza con l ospedale Sant Orsola (per chi come me doveva assistere un parente malato), con bar, ristoranti, supermercati e con il centro di colonna per un momento di svago! La cordialità e l attenzione alle nostre esigenze hanno contraddistinto i proprietari fin dal momento, della prenotazione! Non solo, vivendo un momento, di difficoltà con un familiare ricoverato, nn hanno a mai fatto mancare un sorriso e una parola di conforto! Sperando di tornare a Bologna per svago, speriamo di trovare posto in questa struttura e che sia ancora valida l offerta di bere qualcosa insieme! Grazie di cuore! Continuate cosi!

Avevamo un collaboratore straniero in visita presso i ns. uffici di Bologna per un lungo periodo e abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché potesse godersi la città. Lui è stato molto contento perché è una soluzione indipendente e noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi per comunicare con i proprietari. La consiglio e tengo i riferimenti per futuri soggiorni.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero buono. Siamo stati presso la struttura, io e mio marito, per una settimana, poi io da sola per un'altra settimana. Mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura ha una posizione ottimale, è vicina a tutto ciò che può servire, oltre che al centro. I gestori sono persone davvero affabili, ti vengono incontro in ogni modo. Per me non è stato un periodo semplice, loro lo sanno, ma non mi sono sentita mai sola. Se dovessimo ancora tornare a Bo per qualsivoglia motivo e per un periodo relativamente breve, di sicuro ricontatteremo i gestori.

Pulito e accogliente. Proprietari simpatici e disponibili. In una zona vicina al centro e vicinissima all'ospedale. Lo so perché sono andato al pronto soccorso per una lente a contatto incastrata nell'occhio. Davvero entusiasmante.
La casa è così silenziosa che forse i casinisti siamo stati noi:)
(piccolo suggerimento: Fate trovare dello shampoo e bagno schiuma)
Per il resto, ritorneremo volentieri perché ci siamo trovati benissimo.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e funzionale, vicino al centro e con i bus nr 32/33 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. i gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili. vicino ci sono molti ristoranti/trattorie tipiche bolognesi dove si mangia bene a dei buoni prezzi.

Struttura ubicata in una zona centrale, consentendo di avere diversi servizi a portata di mano e per qualsiasi esigenze: a pochi passi bar, supermercato, farmacia, ecc. "Innanzi tutto, ottima posizione della struttura a pochi metri da Villa Torri. In quattro ci siamo trovati benissimo. Quello che ci ha colpito dal primo impatto con il titolare Antonio e la moglie Angela è la gentilezza, la cortesia, la disponibilità e la grande comunicabilità, elementi essenziali per mettere il cliente a proprio agio. Io e mia figlia Linda abbiamo veramente apprezzato la disponibilità del Sig. Antonio, nonchè la sua gentilezza e premura nel venirci a prendere alla stazione centrale, accompagnarci ad una deliziosa trattoria, nelle immediate vicinanze, che consiglio a tutti (Mordi e Fuggi).
Struttura sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per ogni tipo di esigenza.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, sia per la posizione, che mi ha consentito di muovermi facilmente, sia per la gentilezza del signor Antonio si è dimostrato una persona alla mano Se dovessi tornare a Bologna vi alloggerò nuovamente.

Appartamento semplice, ma pulito e funzionale in villetta d'epoca.
Accessoriato di quanto necessario (pentole, piatti, moka, ecc.).
Letto matrimoniale super comodo. Lenzuola profumate di bucato.
Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.
