We are close to Maranello, Modena and Bologna, on the low hills of Savignano sul Panaro. There is a wonderful ancient village that was built in 400 A.C. (after Crist).
In this "old Town" of Savignano you will find "B&B Casa della Nonna".
The building, that belongs to the original ancient village, was compleatly restructured.
The inside is divided in small homely rooms with an old style forniture.
You will enjoy every comfort, even a privat terrace and garden.
At the top of this small group of houses you can find the old church and some viewpoints from which you can appreciate a wonderful sight of the Padana Plain, Modena and Bologna

We are located on the first hills, 25km away from Maranello, Bologna, and Modena. It is reachable by train (Bologna-Vignola) at the Savignano s/P stop. The station is 300 meters away. Well connected by bus lines.

Posto spettacolare per coppie e famiglie, è situato in un incantevole borgo con vista stupenda sulla vallata, la signora Tina prima di essere un gestore è una persona molto cordiale, ospitale, delicata ed attenta alle esigenze dei suoi clienti, la pulizia dei locali è qualcosa che la distingue, il B&B è una bomboniera incastonata nella collina.
Sarà sicuramente meta per altri nostri viaggi.

We are from New Zealand and had a most memorable stay for ten night sa nd really enjoyed the hospitality and friendship shown by Tina and Raffaele. Extremely nice people. The accommodation is excellent and located in a central location for exploring the region. We can not recommend this enough. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Borgo incantevole per gli amanti della quiete gestito in maniera eccelsa dalla signora Tina. Dintorni interessanti anche per chi pratica cicloturismo. Gastronomia di altissimo livello.

Ottimo posto nel borghetto medievale in cime alla collina, a 2 passi dal paese, ma comunque fuori da ogni tempo.
Tranquillo e pulito. La "nonna" poi ci fa delle colazioni con delle sue torte fotoniche!
Lì in giro poi è perfetto per bike e foto di giorno, e tigelle al lardo la sera!
