Description
Casa Beda offers a newly renovated and fully furnished accommodation, equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a living area with double sofa bed, a large kitchen with microwave and induction hob, one bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment also has free wi-fi, 43 inch and 32 inch flat screen smart tv, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kitchen appliances and all the mod cons to make our guests feel at home. Bed linen, blankets, towels, and toiletries are also available for the guests to use.

The property is served by several bus lines (bus stop a few steps away). You can find public parking, cycle lanes and a bike service station, allowing an easy reach to the centre and the surrounding areas.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 4 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Casa Beda aims to offer hospitality and comfort in the heart of Bologna. It is an independent accommodation a few steps away from the city centre, the exhibion centre (BolognaFiere) and the University campus.

We are a cheerful and welcoming family of three. We are keen on travelling and have always dreamt about running a tourist accommodation business, offering a comfortable and warm environment, the one we always hope to find during our travels.

We are not tourism professionals, but we are doing our best to learn from your advice and improve day by day.

We are far from perfect, but always kind and welcoming!

The property is in a strategic position, in the lively area of San Donato-Fiere, adjacent to the city centre, served by public transport and full of restaurants, pubs, street food, green areas.
A few steps away is BolognaFiere, a large exhibition space hosting conferences and events, and CUBE (Centro Unipol Bologna), a public space for art exhibitions, workshops and live music. Within reach are the regional offices, Sant’Orsola hospital, the railway station and the University campus.
The bus stop is literally 30 metres from the apartment. On-site parking is permitted (parking spaces are marked with blue lines). Fees only apply on weekdays from 8am to 6pm, parking is free after 6pm and at weekends.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet appartement avec notre chien. Tout s'est très bien passé ! L'appartement est très bien avec toutes les commodités. Facile de se garer. Le gérant est aux petits soins.

Devo dire che non riesco più a pensare di prenotare altrove per le mie tappe a Bologna. La posizione è comodissima con tanto di fermata dell’autobus proprio di fronte a casa. Nel raggio di 50 metri si trovano ristoranti, un pub e un alimentare. La pulizia è impeccabile e dappertutto c’è questo meraviglioso profumo che oramai, non appena fatto il check out, già non vedo lora di risentirlo. L’atmosfera è così calda e che dire, a livello di comunicazione con host mi sono trovata davvero bene. Persona educatissima e gentile oltre modo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! A presto.

Siamo stati nella casa Beda nella pasqua 2023 e devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. La casa molto pulita e ben ammobigliata. L'appartamento si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Torre degli Asinelli ma in una zona servitissima dai mezzi pubblici, quindi tutto sommato è andata bene.

La struttura è molto carina, ben arredata e funzionale. Sono presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici utili per soggiorni anche più lunghi. La posizione è strategica poiché vicinissima alle fermate dei bus diretti sia verso il centro che verso la zona Fiera. Il valore aggiunto è data dai gestori, Massimiliano e Pina, sempre cortesi e disponibili. Siamo stati benissimo!

Prima volta a Bologna ed ho cercato una sistemazione comoda ed indipendente come mio solito fare. Dalle foto ho avuto una buona impressione che poi si è confermata. Casa Beda è proprio una mini casa, ingresso indipendente, self check-in (per me indispensabile) ma allo stesso tempo, tanta attenzione e disponibilità dell'host. Cucina completa (da appartamento per intenderci) e fornita di tutti gli utensili per una breve o più lunga permanenza (non c'è solo il solito bollitore per l'acqua... c'è proprio tutto)! Letto comodo, ambienti luminosi ed ariosi (finestre apribili) e, soprattutto, pulitissimo. A mio parere, l'appartamentino è stato ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto e nei minimi dettagli, cosa che rende ancora più piacevole la permanenza. La zona è tranquillissima, ben servita da mezzi pubblici e senza problemi di parcheggio (cosa da non sottovalutare). Credo che ci tornerò e lo consiglio vivamente. Ringrazio ancora l'host per gli utili consigli per la mia prima visita a Bologna.

Appartamento nuovissimo, molto pulito compreso di ogni confort. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, i gestori Pina e Massi molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Siamo stati ospiti i primi di ottobre senza avere mai problemi di nessun genere, la consigliamo vivamente niente da eccepire. Abbiamo posteggiato sempre gratuitamente, perché i posti erano sempre disponibile e soprattutto niente sorprese, la casa è esattamente come nelle foto.

La struttura è appena ristrutturate ed arredata con tanto buon gusto. La pulizia è accuratissima e l'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort. È ubicato in una posizione strategica con centro storico e Fiera facilmente raggiungibili. I proprietari sono super disponibili. Lo consiglio e sarò senz'altro di ritorno.

Appartamento confortevole, curato, pulito, e ricco di comodità, accessoriato di tutti i confort, posizione strategica, sotto tanti aspetti, Pina e Massimiliano (i proprietari) sono persone cordiali, gentili, disponibili, si vede che tengono al loro lavoro e alla clientela, complimenti... . Io con i miei bambini, mi sono sentito a casa. Sicuramente lo consiglio. Nonostante sia una zona con tanti parcheggi, (che ho sempre trovato) non sarebbe male se ci fosse un parcheggio privato sotto casa, ma so che i proprietari ci stanno lavorando, se ci fosse questa possibilità, sarebbe il top e come voto avrei dato 10. Abbiamo pernottato per una sola notte ma la struttura è ottima, pulizia eccellente, e con disponibilità di parcheggio. Il gestore è una persona disponibile e molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e se capiterà occasione torneremo molto volentieri.

Che dire... una struttura molto bella e degli host a 5 stelle. Appena ristrutturata e possiede ogni confort necessario. Vicina alla Fiera e all'ospedale Sant'Orsola e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e comunque raggiungibile con tanti servizi pubblici. Super consigliata.

Posizione strategica: di facile raggiungimento e al tempo stesso centrale per poter visitare la città. Vicina anche ai servizi pubblici. Assolutamente consigliato! Ho soggiornato a casa Beda e non potevo trovare di meglio. Posizione ottimale e strategica per spostarsi in città. Tutti gli ambienti sono curati nel minimo dettaglio e assolutamente pulitissimi. Degna assolutamente di nota l'accoglienza e la cordialità del proprietario.
