Casa Beda offers a newly renovated and fully furnished accommodation, equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a living area with double sofa bed, a large kitchen with microwave and induction hob, one bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has free wi-fi, 43 inch and 32 inch flat screen smart tv, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kitchen appliances and all the mod cons to make our guests feel at home. Bed linen, blankets, towels, and toiletries are also available for the guests to use.
The property is served by several bus lines (bus stop a few steps away). You can find public parking, cycle lanes and a bike service station, allowing an easy reach to the centre and the surrounding areas.

Casa Beda aims to offer hospitality and comfort in the heart of Bologna. It is an independent accommodation a few steps away from the city centre, the exhibion centre (BolognaFiere) and the University campus.
We are a cheerful and welcoming family of three. We are keen on travelling and have always dreamt about running a tourist accommodation business, offering a comfortable and warm environment, the one we always hope to find during our travels.
We are not tourism professionals, but we are doing our best to learn from your advice and improve day by day.
We are far from perfect, but always kind and welcoming!

There are many reasons to choose Casa Beda. I begin with the location: convenient if interests lead to the Bologna Fair, strategic if the goal is the city center which is just 2 km away and 4 bus stops. Cleanliness and comfort are carefully looked after by the owner: all the facilities are in full efficiency (coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, brooms, household items, linens and toiletries etc). The small apartment - two rooms, bathroom and kitchenette - is tastefully furnished, new and designed with an eye for space and functionality (wardrobe closet, masonry shower, hypoallergenic coverings etc.), it fits well the needs of couples and families with one or two children. Four-legged friends are welcome. The access to the House is independent from the street, however, this does not diminish the silence of the house and the quality of rest that can be enjoyed, well facilitated by comfortable beds and good quality ergonomic mattresses and pillows. A remotely controllable locking system allows the owner to offer check-in even at difficult times. Upon waking up, you can enjoy breakfast at a Neapolitan bar-pastry shop not far away and for lunch and dinner there are many meal options in the vicinity, well indicated in an up-to-date book available to guests. Only flaw: the sea view is missing.... but we are in Bologna! :-).

Perfect stay, new and very well-maintained apartment. Despite being located on a busy street, the apartment is very well soundproofed, resulting in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Massimiliano was super welcoming and extremely helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

We stayed at Casa Beda during Easter 2023 and I must say we had a good experience. The owner was very kind and helpful. The house was very clean and well furnished. The apartment is located about a 20-minute walk from the Tower of the Asinelli, but in an area well served by public transport, so all in all it went well.

The structure is very nice, well furnished and functional. All the necessary appliances for even longer stays are present. The location is strategic as it is very close to bus stops heading both towards the center and towards the Fair area. The added value is given by the managers, Massimiliano and Pina, always courteous and helpful. We had a great time.

First time in Bologna and I looked for a comfortable and independent accommodation as I usually do. From the photos I had a good impression which was then confirmed. Casa Beda is really a mini house, independent entrance, self check-in (essential for me) but at the same time, a lot of attention and availability from the host. Complete kitchen (like an apartment) and equipped with all the utensils for a short or longer stay (not just the usual water boiler... there's everything)! Comfortable bed, bright and airy spaces (openable windows) and, above all, very clean. In my opinion, the small apartment has been renovated and furnished with taste and in the smallest details, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The area is very quiet, well served by public transport and with no parking problems (something not to be underestimated). I think I will come back and I highly recommend it. Thanks again to the host for the useful tips for my first visit to Bologna.

Brand new apartment, very clean including every comfort. We had a great time, the managers Pina and Massi were very helpful and very kind. We were guests in early October without ever having any problems of any kind, we highly recommend it, nothing to complain about. We always parked for free, because the spots were always available and above all no surprises, the house is exactly as in the photos.

I stayed with my daughter for one night during the SANA fair. Casa Beda is a new, comfortable, clean accommodation, complete with everything you need and easy to reach. The owner was available for all my needs and very courteous. Highly recommended!

The structure has just been renovated and furnished with great taste. The cleaning is very accurate and the apartment is equipped with every comfort. Comfortable, well-kept, clean and full of amenities apartment, equipped with all comforts, strategically located in many aspects. Pina and Massimiliano (the owners) are friendly, kind and helpful people. It is clear that they care about their work and customers. Congratulations. With my children, I felt at home. I definitely recommend it. Despite being an area with many parking spaces (which I always found), it wouldn't be bad if there was a private parking space under the house, but I know that the owners are working on it. If this possibility existed, it would be great and I would have given a 10 as a rating. I thank Pina and Massimiliano again.

We stayed for only one night but the Casa Beda is excellent, excellent cleanliness, and with parking available. The manager is helpful and very kind. We had a great time, and if the opportunity arises, we will gladly return.

What can I say, a very beautiful property and 5-star hosts. Just renovated and has every necessary comfort. Close to the Fair and Sant'Orsola Hospital and a 10-minute walk from the center, easily reachable with many public services. Highly recommended.

Strategic location: easily accessible and at the same time central to visit the city. Also close to public services. Availability of parking right in front (no restricted traffic zone). Absolutely recommended! I stayed at Casa Beda and couldn't find anything better. Optimal and strategic location for moving around the city. All the spaces are taken care of in the smallest detail and absolutely clean. The welcoming and friendliness of the owner are definitely worth mentioning. I will definitely come back as soon as I have the opportunity!
