Description

We are located in the historic center of Morciano in a historic residence of the late '700, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort.

We are only 300 meters from the Montanari Clinic with which we have an agreement.

The rooms are quiet, warm, refined and the prices are unbeatable.

We have 3 double rooms (plus extra beds) and a brand new apartment for tourist use.

The breakfast rooms and bathrooms of the B&B are private.

Breakfast is included only in bed and breakfast rooms.

The apartment has an equipped kitchen and comes complete: bed linen, blankets, towels, kitchen towels.

We are well served, 7 km from the motorway exit, with a free parking (covered or uncovered) a few steps from the house.

Around us restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars and cafes.

We are in the commercial area of ??Morciano where you can go shopping.

Also there are green areas for children and a beautiful park with a pond and animals.

The beaches of Cattolica are 10 minutes from here. As well as the nightclubs of the Romagna coast or amusement parks: Aquafan, Oltremare, Imax, Fiabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Le Navi.

Are you looking for accommodation for the Misano MotoGP? The racetrack is just a few kilometers from here!
And then countryside, hills, villages and castles all around us.

Excellent base inland to discover the area. Very beautiful structure located in the center of Morciano, a suggestive location although not easy to find at first glance. Extremely clean, spacious, and well-furnished. I recommend installing a more efficient refrigerator to cool drinks to take outside during the day. Breakfast more than satisfying at the bar about 100 meters from the structure. Overall highly recommended.

Very beautiful and extremely clean apartment. The most beautiful thing is the terrace overlooking the hills around Morciano. The owner is a very kind person, willing to help you in everything. Also, a special mention to the restaurant below the apartment building, excellent value for money. The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful structure. Quiet, very clean and huge: we had practically a whole apartment at our disposal, curated in every detail.\n\nNothing left to chance. And Anna always available for every request. Availability clearly demonstrated already when we agreed on the late night arrival time.\n\nGood and abundant breakfast. If we really wanted to add a suggestion: we would have appreciated a little something savory for breakfast, even though I believe that if we had asked they would have accommodated us.\n\nThank you very much for everything and good job.

Great Bed and Breakfast definitely worth recommending. The location, although not very close to the sea, is very strategic for reaching the most well-known cities along the Adriatic coast. The owner is exquisite and welcoming.

All very quiet. The owner very kind. One single drawback. The TV is located in the living room where the owners pass through and not in the bedroom. This prevents us from being able to be free. TOO BAD.

In a quaint paved square, a narrow house among the others reveals inside a refined renovation and a familiar and discreet hospitality. Outside there are parking spaces and excellent trattorias: one right below the house, a place to live as you wish.

Excellent in every aspect, Mrs. Anna was very kind, comfortable and spotlessly clean environment. A delightful little place in the historic center of Morciano. Strategic, not far from the sea, close to Cattolica and Riccione. For motorsport enthusiasts, very close to the Santamonica racetrack. Definitely worth returning.
