Description

A part of the old farmhouse has been restored, following the rules of bio-building, in studios with bathroom and kitchenette to accommodate you and give you the opportunity to live the experience of our family in contact with the land we cultivate without 'use of synthetic chemicals. We are a small family run, since we do not have the food service breakfast is replaced by the use kitchen in all rooms, so you can stay in autonomy, making this holiday even cheaper.

Around us you will find festivals, art cities, spas, trails the Tuscan-Romagna and the beaches of the Adriatic coast with its amusement parks.

Rediscover the flavors of the earth with our wines (white red) obtained with organic grapes from old vines of local fruits and vegetables grown in our garden.

We try to respect our environment and to exploit it as little as possible for a life more sustainable for the environment. On the roof there is a small photovoltaic system for electricity company, at his side a solar thermal system for hot water production. In the parking area where you can differentiate your waste. We use eco-friendly detergents and cleaning products from a company near us. In the field we try to preserve biodiversity and limit the intervention to the minimum possible.

We Alberto and Monica to manage Cà San Giovanni and live here with our 2 children Irene and Michael. We are very happy to welcome you in our home and feel like you get to know our reality and the surrounding environment. Love the simple life in contact with nature. Alberto was a precursor of organic farming and cultivating the land using this method when there was still the law. You can also teach some old dances of Romagna tradition.

I would say that the quality/price ratio is very good: clean and quiet structure, in the countryside but a few kilometers from villages and cities. We stayed for an event that took place in Imola and with the directions from the managers, we reached the racetrack in 15 minutes and absolutely without traffic! Very hospitable and helpful managers: stay highly recommended!

Great welcome, peaceful location in the countryside a few kilometers from cities and Emiliano-Romagnoli art villages. Well-maintained rooms, beautiful rural renovation, good chestnut wood furniture with antique pieces.

Renting a room with a kitchenette, but no breakfast provided. Very good. Spacious, clean, quiet room, in a beautiful farmhouse, located in the middle of the vineyards. Very friendly owners. The house is a bit far from Faenza (12 km), that's the only downside.
