Description
A part of the old farmhouse has been restored, following the rules of bio-building, in studios with bathroom and kitchenette to accommodate you and give you the opportunity to live the experience of our family in contact with the land we cultivate without 'use of synthetic chemicals. We are a small family run, since we do not have the food service breakfast is replaced by the use kitchen in all rooms, so you can stay in autonomy, making this holiday even cheaper.

We Alberto and Monica to manage Cà San Giovanni and live here with our 2 children Irene and Michael. We are very happy to welcome you in our home and feel like you get to know our reality and the surrounding environment. Love the simple life in contact with nature. Alberto was a precursor of organic farming and cultivating the land using this method when there was still the law. You can also teach some old dances of Romagna tradition.

Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono: struttura pulita, tranquilla, nella campagna ma a pochi km da borghi e città.
Noi abbiamo soggiornato per un'iniziativa che si svolgeva ad Imola e con le indicazioni dei gestori abbiamo raggiunto l'autodromo in 15 minuti e assolutamente senza traffico!
Gestori molto ospitali e disponibili: soggiorno assolutamente consigliato!

Ottima accoglienza, luogo tranquillo nella campagna a pochi chilometri da città e borghi d'arte Emiliano-Romagnoli. Locali ben tenuti, bella ristrutturazione rurale, buon mobilio in legno di castagno con pezzi d'epoca.

Struttura situata in campagna un luogo davvero rilassante con la piacevole compagnia di animali domestici. Camere molto confortevoli arredamento intonato con l'ambiente.

Location d'une chambre avec coin cuisine, mais pas de petit déjeuner prévu.
Très bien. Chambre spacieuse, propre, tranquille.. dans une belle ferme, située au milieu des vignes.
Propriétaires très sympathiques. La maison est un peu éloignée de Faenza (12 km), c'est le seul bémol.
